*During the winter months (December–March), there may be snow on the ground or icy roads. If weather conditions make travel unsafe, please be sure to use studless tires or snow chains when traveling here.

[The No. 10 Mt. Fuji Sky Villa Terms and Conditions]
To ensure that guests staying at this vacation rental have a safe and comfortable experience, we have established the following terms of use. We ask that you please abide by them.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your accommodation contract.

■ About This Vacation Rental (Prohibited Activities)
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. (This includes e-cigarettes.)
If any smoke odor or stains are found, you will be responsible for a cleaning fee of 40,000 yen, as well as the cost of replacing bedding and furnishings.
*A designated smoking area is provided on the terrace; please use that area.
Smoking around the building and littering cigarette butts on the street may result in complaints from neighbors, so please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.

2. If you intentionally or accidentally damage or soil the vacation home’s facilities, appliances, furniture, or other items, you will be responsible for the full cost of repairs. (Please be extremely careful when using the property, as the furniture and other items are high-end and damage could result in charges in the millions.)

3. Please be sure to return all keys to the key box from which they were taken. If keys are missing from the key box at the time of cleaning or if you lose them, you will be charged 30,000 yen (excluding tax) for key replacement.

4. Access to this property (including the premises) by anyone other than the registered user(s) listed at the time of application is strictly prohibited. (This will be verified via security cameras at the entrance upon entry.)
A separate fee will be charged if anyone other than the registered user(s) enters the property.
Furthermore, unauthorized entry will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, and all guests will be required to leave the premises.
*Maximum capacity: 20 people. From the 5th person onward, an additional 10,000 yen per person per night (excluding tax) will be charged.

5. If a large number of used dishes are left behind, we may charge a separate cleaning fee depending on the extent of the mess.

6. The facilities and furnishings of this vacation rental are provided to guests for use only during their stay and may not be taken home. Please do not remove them from the vacation home.

7. Bringing in the following items is prohibited:
・Fireworks, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gases, volatile oils, and other hazardous materials
・Decaying or unsanitary items, or any other items that emit moisture, foul odors, strange smells, or other offensive odors
・ Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and other pets in general
・Excessively large quantities of items
・Other items whose possession is prohibited by law, etc.

■ Terms of Use
1. Minors are not permitted to use the facility unaccompanied.
2. After 7:00 PM on the terrace, please refrain from any behavior that disturbs public order or peace, such as loud voices, singing, playing musical instruments, or loud conversations that may cause a nuisance to neighbors.
3. Please do not use the facility for purposes other than lodging, such as commercial activities (exhibitions, etc.), without the permission of the vacation home manager.
4. This is a very quiet neighborhood; if you cause a disturbance to neighbors—such as shouting loudly on the premises—neighbors may report you to the police. In such cases, the vacation home guest will be held fully legally responsible and will be required to vacate the premises immediately.
5. This facility assumes no liability whatsoever for any accidents caused by natural disasters, the negligence of facility users, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
6. This facility assumes no liability whatsoever for damage to, theft of, or accidents involving guests’ vehicles or personal belongings.
7. Please refrain from making significant alterations or decorations to the interior or exterior of the facility.
8. As this is a natural setting, insects and animals may enter the premises. Please do not leave windows or other openings wide open.
9. Please be sure to lock the doors when you go out or leave the premises.
10. Please be sure to wash dishes and other items.
11. Please sort your trash thoroughly.
If trash is not sorted properly, you will be charged 10,000 yen as a cleaning fee.
12. Please use only as many towels and sheets as you need.


■Precautions When Using Optional Amenities
1. The wooden deck on the terrace has gaps, so please be careful not to drop food or your personal belongings—especially jewelry—onto the deck. If items fall through, they generally cannot be retrieved, so please use the area with caution.
2. There are guesthouses and vacation homes in the neighborhood, and the area is very quiet at night; noise complaints will be reported to the police immediately. Please exercise caution when using speakers for music and adjust the volume to a reasonable level at appropriate times.
3. Please be aware that you are solely responsible for any injuries sustained from falling down the stairs or climbing over the fence.
4. Use of the terrace is limited to 10:00 PM.


■ Safety Guidelines
1. Please ensure the vacation rental is locked whenever you leave the property during your stay.
Please also ensure the doors are locked while you are in the vacation home, especially when you are asleep.
2. If a visitor arrives, do not open the door carelessly; instead, respond with the door locked or check via the intercom.
3. If you suspect someone is a suspicious person, please contact the property manager or the police immediately.

■ Storage of Guests’ Luggage or Personal Belongings
If, after a guest has checked out, the guest’s luggage or personal belongings are found left behind at this vacation rental, and the owner can be identified, this vacation rental will seek the owner’s instructions. However, if no instructions are received from the owner or if the owner cannot be identified, the items will be held for two days, including the day of discovery, after which they will be disposed of. Food, beverages, and disposable items will be disposed of on the same day. If we ship lost items, they will be sent cash on delivery.

■Guest Liability
If this vacation rental suffers damage due to a guest’s willful act or negligence, the guest in question shall compensate this vacation rental for such damage. (We will charge for all nights during the period the property is unusable.)
