  • La villa tiene su propia piscina privada climatizada. Situado cerca del nuevo puerto deportivo Marina Rubicón, que es un complejo residencial privado, seguro y de lujo en el sur de la isla canaria de Lanzarote. Ideal para familias o parejas que deseen disfrutar de sus vacaciones en un lugar tranquilo, a poca distancia de las playas doradas de Papagao y numerosos restaurantes de Playa Blanca. Puede alojar cómodamente 6 (3 dormitorios / 3 baños, y está idealmente situado en Playa Blanca con vistas a la nueva Marina Rubicón. Durante el verano los anfitriones Marina programan eventos gratuitos, incluyendo, música, desfiles, castillos hinchables y pintura de caras para niños. La arena comercial interior está cubierto con una bolera de diez contactos y tiene una mini sala de juegos de tamaño para los niños en la planta baja.

Adosado amplio en una urbanización tranquila de playa blanca. Tres habitaciones estupendas que cuenta con dos baños y uno pequeño en la planta baja. Terraza con piscina bastante aceptable. Único inconveniente fue a la hora de la dirección exacta, que tuvimos dudas en el número del adosado, pero al contactar con el número aportado por la dueña nos lo indicaron bien. También dejar constancia que la televisión no se podía poner en español, solo en inglés. Tampoco contaba con cafetera, pero a su favor los electrodomésticos era de buena calidad y nuevos.

Lovely villa hosts were brilliant very clean small leak discoved during heavey rain promptly sorted family bathroom wasnt fully functional however was given heated pool as compensation would happily stay again

The property is really close to the rubicon marina its very easy to get to all shops and bars the property is lovely and very well equipped the heated pool is great also would definitely stay here again

The house was lovely and in a very convenient for restaurants - about a twenty minute walk most of which was along the shoreline. Excellent communication with hosts. Would certainly consider staying again if we're in the area.

Fantastic villa

This villa is the perfect price, spotless and perfect location for my favourite restaurants in the Marina Rubicon. I can not fault this villa in any way and I shall definitely return.

Great little villa

Our stay was for 8 nights. The villa was absolutely fine for us as a family of 4. Very short walk to the marina and an easy 15 min walk into the town.

All about the location

Fabulous stay at Natalie’s villa. Communication was excellent, check in simple, villa had everything we wanted. The location is perfect, couple minutes walk to the Marina and then 15-20 mins more into Playa Blanca. Definitely recommend this holiday accommodation.

Excellent villa close to marina

Very impressed. Villa had everything you could need, very clean and tidy. Good postion for marina and only 20 mins walk to Playa Blanca. Would definitely stay again if returning to lanzarote

Great Location for a relaxing holiday

We loved the apartment, the heated pool and it was in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from lots of lovely family friendly restaurants and supermarket for essentials. The area itself was nice and peaceful and easy to get to fantastic beaches. Thank you, Natalie!

We spent a week at Playa Blanca in Natalies' villa with friends and absolutely loved it.The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The location is excellent with only a 5min walk to the marina & a 20min stroll along the esplanaded into Playa Blanca. to the marina and a 20min

Perfect

We were a party of 4 and the villa was perfect for our needs - right size, right location and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and any questions we had were answered quickly. We'd have no hesitation recommending and would definitely consider coming back ourselves.

The villa was really well equipt and clean. Felt private even though it was in a complex of villas. Only a 5 minute walk from Marina Rubicon which has plently of restaurants and shops as well as a market twice a week which is well worth a visit! The 'Lasal' complex is only a 10 minute walk which also has some lovely restaurants, and live music.Well worth taking the scenic costal walk down to the port where there are some sweet small beaches as well as lots of restaurants and bars on the seafront.This was our first time in Playa Blanca as we usually visit Puerto del Carmen. However we will definitely be returning!

Refreshing pool

Lovely villa with everything you need for a relaxing break, pool is refreshing and great to hang out around. Perfect position 5 minutes walk to shops and the marina with plenty restaurants and the market every Wednesday and Saturday with lots of interesting stalls to see. The only down thing is that we're not still there enjoying the pool.Thanks!

Great stay

Great place. It was clean and in good order when we arrived, and true to description. The house is lovely, in a quiet area, yet close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The pool area is lovely, with a barbecue and sun lounger, the beds and the rest of the house are comfortable and suitable for groups or families. I was a little worried about the noise mentioned in another review, but it was so nice and quiet! The hostess is nice, flexible and accommodating. All in all it was a very pleasant stay! Would definitely recommend it.

Pleasant but could do with an upgrade.

Villa is much more spacious than pictures imply which was nice. We paid extra for air con in bedroom and pool to be heated. Did think the pool area could do with sprucing up but overall not a bad little find enjoyed our stay. Great location for the villa as you were 5 minutes walk from the marina.

Great Villa

The villa is in a great location that is a few minutes walk to the marina, restaurants, grocery store, and shops. While the place can get warm during the day since there is no AC, there are several fans provided and opening the windows cools down the place significantly. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and the outdoor shower is nice to enjoy. Highly recommend booking!

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt.Für die Poolheizung wurden proTag 10 extra per Zahlungsaufforderung über das Buchungsportal durch die Besitzer berechnet. Für das Klimageräte im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Münzautomaten der nimmt 1 und 2 Stücke. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Es ist hellhörig und eine gutbefahrene Straße führt vorbei. Wie überall auf der Insel macht die Winterliche Feuchtigkeit dem Gebäude zu schaffen.Die Gegend ist touristisch gut besucht. Das Einkaufszentrum in 800 m Entfernung befindet sich im Umbau und ist nur teilweise zugänglich.

Clean and spacious villa with a sunny terrace and warm pool.Villa is in a great position for access to the marina however unfortunately in the middle of 2 current areas of construction which meant that the patio and pool were covered in thick dust every day and a constant humdrum of machinery and cranes.Sadly, this villa is sold as having air conditioning and there is only 1 coin unit upstairs in the whole villa which means the downstairs in hot weather was like a sauna and the fans provided were old, noisy and barely effectiveOverall, the villa is quite tired and the linens provided were of low quality - lumpy pillows and old, rough discoloured towels. The only hand towel provided was stained and had holes and only this, plus a small bath towel and bath sheet were provided for a week's stay. I really didn't intend having to do laundry on holiday but had to due to this.The villa is lacking in a few practical bits and really needs some updating and replacing of old, well used items - old towels, rusty bath and bathroom fittings, missing grouting on floors, rusty old tin opener, knives with no points, no oven gloves, no washing up sponge or cloth were a few things we noticed, yet there were 3 hairdryers and 4 irons - very oddOverall, we had a hot sunny week in our favourite holiday destination but spent very little time in the villa itself as the inside temperature was just unbearable and sadly the villa lacked the comfort and outside peace that we were hoping for

A perfect holiday

This villa is in such a great location, literally 5 minutes walk to the harbour area at Marina Rubicon. A lovely villa with comfortable furnishings and beds, the fans in each room were very welcome! Lovely sunny pool area and outdoor seating area too, in fact very well equipped with modern kitchen and bonus utility for washing clothes. The downstairs toilet & shower were very handy being so close to the pool. Would definitely book again if we were coming back to this area. Great communication with the property owner and very accommodating. Thank you so much again Natalie
