This large villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has wonderful views over Fuerteventura and Lobos. It is located at only 10 minutes walking from the Port and 5 minutes from Flaming Beach. The villa offers free WIFI, English satellite TV , DVD . An ideal opportunity for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful peace and beauty of Playa Blanca. The Villa is well maintained and has an electrical heating pool and BBQ area fitted kitchen, separate dining room and living room with stunning views over the ocean.Pool table . Flexible changeover days.

Electrical heating runs from November to April. Extra of 15€/ night per week will be added if you should wish to have the heating running.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. En la casa todo lo necesario para la estancia. Además, Pascual cada vez que pasaba preguntaba si nos hacía falta algo.Por poner un pero, le falta algo de mantenimiento y un poco de cariño en el jardín. A la casa se le notan los años. La estancia nos ha sabido a poco, como nos pasa siempre.

We would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were attentive and quick to answer any queries we had and were very warm and welcoming on arrival and left some treats in the fridge which was a nice touch. The property had everything and was well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The pool was a good size and pool table and darts table a real bonus that you don’t find in many places. The property is well located close to the beach which is a sandy cove surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and anything you would need. The area had a good atmosphere and a lively buzz to it but also very peaceful and safe. Perfect for families. We travelled with teenagers and a younger child and all enjoyed the trip and the property very much.

Fijne villa op goede locatie

We hebben een fijn verblijf, van 4 weken, gehad in de villa. De villa zelf is wat gedateerd en heeft zeker onderhoud nodig. De ruimte was fijn voor ons gezelschap ( 2 stellen), met een ruime tuin en verwarmd zwembad. De ligging is ook ideaal, klein stukje lopen naar Flamingo beach. Wel aan een drukke weg en tegenover waterpark Aqualava. Van het waterpark heb je niet veel overlast ( in onze periode). De wekelijkse schoonmaak was fantastisch, de medewerkers waren aardig, zij verschoonden de bedden en handdoeken en maakten alles perfect schoon!!

The Villa was in a great location and sea views were fabulous.The decor was dated which was not a problem however i do feel that from the pictures on the website to now it is abit tired. Very good villa

A well equipped villa in a good location offering easy walking access to Playa Blanca centre (around 20 minutes) and Playa Flamingo (around 5 minutes. Also, around a three minute walk to the number 30 bus, which offers access to Playa Blanca central, Marina Rubicon and Faro Park. Buses both ways every 30 minutes on time and cheap from early til late. The swimming pool is a decent size and the pool table and darts added to the fun. The host was attentive and helped me with instructions on accessing the most comprehensive TV sports package I've ever seen (free). I did try to limit my viewing though, given that my wife was with me! Highly recommended.

Fantastic

My family and i have just arrived back from this property...what can i say other than it was perfect!! Pascual and Pam are fantastic hosts who go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you settle in. The property is situated perfectly within an easy walk to anything you could want or need as well as offering stunning views of the ocean. I would happily recommend this to anyone especially a family with young people (ours were 7 & 3). Thank you Pascual for an amazing place to spend our holiday!!

Der Blick auf das Meer ist großartig, aber durch die Lage direkt an einer zunehmend befahrenen Strasse ist der Lärm durch Autos und Busse sehr stören bis unerträglich. Die Villa ist in die Jahre gekommen, Türen klemmen, Fenster lassen sich nicht schließen. Der Poolbereich ist eng und die Poolpflege unprofessionell. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, die Reaktionszeit des Hauskeepings tadellos, die Lage bezüglich Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Zentrum hervorragend.

Comfortable villa, lovely outside space. Pool regularly cleaned by owner. Villa cleaned to a high standard. Great location to walk to restaurants and shops but Road outside is just very noisy and coaches drop off people at the water park but leave their engines running for long periods of time which is annoying.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your villa ! The location is excellent , can explore Playa Blanca on foot and use hire car for ventures further afield . Very clean on arrival and had all the facilities we needed for a family week away . Accommodation as photographer .
