Beautiful Views

If you're looking for relaxation and serenity, this is the hotel for you. I saw hotel staff about 2 or 3 times during my visit. You get free breakfast. But have to travel to another hotel to get it. The view was wonderful.

No a good customer service

I booked a reservation for 3 days and 2 nights with a two full bed room and they only gave me one , the front desk was always close or the person wasn't good help according to my reservation also I was supposed to get breakfast free for two people and she just said there was no free breakfast , last day when I did the checkout there was another front desk and she gave me the card for the breakfast on my last day which I didnt used because I had it to go, also no wifi , the tv wasn't working right , etc ...

Very quiet place...good if you need to rest.

The place is very small, rooms are clean and quiet. It is not a place of luxury, but the price is fair. Luis in the front desk was efficient and even change our room for one with Ocean view. But he was sober and quiet...not very enthusiastic. No one told us about the place, where to go around... I ask for the beach, and he said there is no access to it in this place. He mentioned that in their other facility is possible to access the beach, but that this beach is not a place to swim. Breakfast was included, but you have to drive a very short distance to the restaurant. On Saturday breakfast was served at the hotel, but nobody told us. We knew when we're coming back from the other place. If you want better service and interaction with staff, go somewhere else.

Nice Hotel, rooms need to be remodel asap

Overall the hotel is good, nice pool, nice view, the only thing I didn't loke was that there is no staff during nighttime which means no control of guest when it comes to noises besides that it was ok. It's nothing like the Sheraton or Hilton, it's something more humble.

Not a good Hotel

Feeling like a hostage right now. Booked two nights. We aren't really fussy, and rarely complain. At check in, we are told the breakfast is NOT on site. Must drive to it at another hotel. Green bands were put on our wrists and we were told not to remove them. They were to verify we are guests when at the pool. There were no other cars at the hotel. Who wants to wear a lime green band for two days exploring? Wifi only in their tiny lobby or outside the lobby. But, there is a stray dog that is outside the lobby, which has pooped in about five spots on the terraced area! There is no hot water. There is NO ONE on site after 8:00 pm. They give you a number to call for problems. We came back at 10:00 pm, and the room key wouldn't work. (They give only one) We call the person, he speaks no English. We were lucky another guest had just arrived back, and translated. No phones in the room. So if you had no phone cell service, you would be out of luck and sleeping with the dog. They have a NO Refund policy. The clerk, Mryna was rude and angry when I tried to explain the issues and asked for a refund. There are no face towels, they will SELL you a towel to use at the pool, they will sell Coffe for the maker in your room, and other rudiculous rules. No controls on the A/C. The toilet runs all night. The place is in need of repairs and updates throughout The view is pretty, but for $100 per night, absurd and crazy.

Peaceful place, nice view, room conveniently close to the pool, great staff and delicious breakfast. The pool was pretty nice too, the hotel is small but the pool had a good size to it, with a deep enough area for swimming. This hotel is located next to a busy road, yet the way it was built with the rooms facing the sea coast and away from the road guaranteed its tranquility. Since it is pretty small, it wouldn't be hard to miss when driving down that road.

Agradable Parador con Vista al Mar

" La experiencia fue bien buena, un lugar para relajarte con un ambiente privado. La persona que nos atendió, primero nos dio una habitación sin balcón ni ventanas pero cuando le pedimos q nos cambiara se mostró de una manera amable y nos colocaron en otra habitacion con una vista hermosa hacia el mar, el desayuno fue bueno los dos días que estuvimos allí. Si buscas relajarte en un parador pequeño y privado, este es el lugar para ti. "

It's a run down motel next to a beach

Pros The evening staff are friendly and helpful. The morning restaurant staff at the sister motel are friendly and helpful. Nice ocean view. Cons The room showed heavy signs of wear and tear and the furnishings were dated. It's located in a small, isolated residential area. Not a good value. I would stay at a resort if I ever go back.

This is not a family environment hotel. There is a bar very close to this hotel with very loud music on the weekend .there is pour WiFi conection and very little shows to watch on TV however the room service was wonderful and not to mention the employees were very friendly and kind we also enjoyed the best view ever .

Primero que nada , nos cambiaron de hotel , el aire acondicionado no funcionaba , no había café en la habitación y tuve que buscar abajo , y me los cobraron, yo no recomiendo a nadie que se hospede allí , yo no volvería a este lugar, se lo seguro .

Brothers birthday getaway!

Family getaway. We stayed here so we can be close to the boat that takes you to Culebra island. It is a good place to stop and rest for the night if driving long distance.

Do not stay here!

The hotel is old! It had mold and bugs!! It's in the middle of nowhere off a dangerous dark curvy road. The door didn't even lock properly and I cam back to finding my door wide open (housekeeping did it). Thankfully nothing missing!! The shower was rusty & trickled. The only positive is when I arrived early (hotel not open) I called their # & they sent someone to let me in early. I would have left immediately but no refunds!

The hotel looked very scary there was no lighting. We miss the stop cause there was no sign that let me know that there was a hotel. I would never stay there too scary. The hotel person was very nice made me feel welcome but I cancelled my reservation cause I couldn't stay there any night. The hotel does not look like the picture on the website.

The check in was quick, we had been reserved for floor # 1. I asked if we could be on floor #3, for the view. They were able to accommodate. I will stay here again. Great front desk, view and pool
