"Rude front desk staff, lizard in room, far from ANYTHING (hard to find driver) pool was broken, could only eat at resort, super hot rooms, entire gym basically broken. Besides front desk worker, staff was nice."

"Phòng nghỉ rộng rãi, hiện đại, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Trên lầu 7 có vintage taste deli cafe có bán đồ ăn sáng và đồ uống siêu ngon, bên dưới tầng 1 có minimart 24h bán rất nhiều đồ, vô cùng tiện lợi."

"Roof top pool, convenient location"

"Clean room and air con was excellent. We had ocean view rooms that were spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was not so great, the first morning we were only able to order from a menu as they were setting up for a wedding we were not informed about at checkin. "What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10"

"I was disappointed with the decor in the room. It looks dated. I wouldn't have thought so since the building itself looks nice and so was the lobby. The one thing I was dissatisfied was the mini refrigerator. It's NOT cold. I thought it was broken so I called the front desk and was informed that their refrigerator only gets a tiny bit cooler than room temperature, however; ours was HOT. I couldn't put my dairy goods in such as milk, yogurt or even my meds cold. I have been traveling for over 30...
