"The woman who work this hotel I are the ABSOLUTE BEST. Helpful, cheerful and so kind! Lee Da Nee ( not sure about the spelling) and Murphy helped us get reservations and gave lots of good advice. I wish I learned everyone’s names/ all the staff made my visit so fabulous.

"Llegue en metro desde el aeropuerto a la estación de tren del hotel, hay que caminar un poco pero nada complicado. Hay dos estaciones de tren relativamente cerca, el personal fue amable todo el tiempo me ayudaron hacer una reservación para ir a la plaza central. Lo único que recomiendo es colocar utensilios de cocina porque no hay. Si lo recomiendo 👍! El acceso al metro fue fácil y fácil de llegar a todos mis destinos. "

"I liked the morning staff because they were friendly. The afternoon staff at check-in was terrible. They insisted I find a stamp in my passport that I did not have, because I entered through the electronic lane the last time at the airport. They made me feel very stressed and worried that there was something wrong with my passport and this made me feel bad for the whole rest of the night."

The room was a little small for us with no place for the luggage, but overall it was a great and authentic experience. "

The location of the hotel is perfect since it is in the very heart of downtown Beijing, in a safe area (altough it doesn't seem like that at first sight since it's in a Huton), and 10 min walking from a metro station. Breakfast is also very convenient and delicious! I would stay here again without a doubt."
