Beautiful ocean views from this spacious 3BR/3BA condo located in Wrightsville Dunes.

Enjoy spectacular ocean views from your private covered balcony and walks on the expansive pristine white sandy beach. Located on the northern secluded tip of the Island, create memories at Wrightsville Dunes with family and friends. Relax by one of two community pools, play an afternoon tennis match or take a walk to the end of the Island to explore Mason’s Inlet a natural shoreline filled with shells and wildlife.

The updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and ample cabinet space help make preparing meals a breeze. The open floor plan invites you to come home after a sun filled day to unwind and get ready for the next beautiful day in Wrightsville Beach.

Take in ocean views from the living and dining areas as well as the kitchen and master bedroom. Easy one level living with a master suite including a king bed, ocean views, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and jetted tub. The second bedroom is a king master bedroom with its own private bath. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed and has access to the shared bathroom. There is also one twin sized roll away cot.

**Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**

Parking instructions:
Parking passes (X2) are left on the counter for guests to use during their stay. There is 1 assigned and labeled space for this unit and unlabeled spots are first come, first serve. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Thanksgiving vacation with family.

We loved the location of the unit and the view was fabulous! Having 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths was great! The unit itself is great. However, the management of the unit was lacking!! We had trouble checking in. Several codes they gave us didn’t work. For the lockbox they had us try several codes for the padlock which they should have known what it was. Throughout our stay we had to reach out to the property management for several reasons and I could not get them to respond. When they needed or wanted something from us I got several texts and emails back to back. Once we finally got in the unit we noticed the cleaning was not up to standards. There was an ashtray outside full of cigarettes- IN A NON SMOKING property. The bathroom rugs were outside, some laying over furniture and some on the ground. There were massive cobwebs in the windows- clearly had not been touched in a very long time. There were several dishes that had dried food on them or were just not clean. Before we did anything I had to run everything through the dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked strangely. Only 1 wine glass…..for a place that sleeps 6?!?! We had to purchase things in order to make the kitchen work for the holiday. I would have expected it be at least be stocked with basics (olive oil etc) The twin bed did not have a mattress pad on it. The box springs for the 2 twins were so noisy we didn’t get any sleep the first several nights. Same issue as far as communication with the property management company. I reached out numerous times and finally when I got upset and demanded a response we finally heard back. They were kind enough to come and look at the situation and got approval from the owners to replace them and did that all in the same day which was so appreciated!! The water filter on the fridge was showing red and needed to be changed only to find out it wasn’t even hooked up properly. When they swapped out the box springs that fixed this for us then. The condo is beautiful and has great potential but it needs someone to go through it thoroughly and bridge the gaps. If I owned this unit I would consider a different Management/cleaning company.

Summary of stay at the Dunes

We truly liked the condo - the location, the floor plan, communication with the property mgmt team but and it is a but we stayed for 4 nights and the first 2 days were great - the last two nights we smelled a horrible smell from the water - a Sulphur smell. We believe the owners need to insure that that does not occur - we questioned the safety of the water. We did not cook very much in the unit but we did make coffee each morning. It was unfortunate this happened the last two days because the unit is very nice. We would have left had we experienced that smell upon arrival.

Amazing stay

The property location was one of the best beach vacations we’ve had on the East Coast. We had our meals on the lanai to take in the beautiful ocean view. The Shell Island end of Wrightsville is less crowded and had more residents than tourists. The condo was very clean and spacious. The property management group checked on us during the stay to see how things were going. We will definitely visit the property again.

Beautiful Location and Nice Condo

Had a great stay. Home was clean and loved that they had bikes, beach towels, and beach chairs. Wonderful complex. Felt very safe and loved the neighborhood. Great views.

Great spot for small kids

We loved this property! It’s an easy and quick walk to the beach, which is a must with small kids. Plenty of space for a family (or 2). I had to dig through multiple emails to find out which unit number was ours, but once we figured that out, it was an easy and stress-free stay. The place was cleaned well, and it came stocked with a pack and play and high chair. So thoughtful and helpful!

Perfect!

This property was everything we hoped for! Lots of space, perfect location, amazing sunrises! We enjoyed every minute of it. If I had to say anything negative, it is the condition of the table and one of the chairs on the balcony. But that is all! We plan to make arrangements to stay again! Thank you for a wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate our daughter's wedding at Porters Neck CC.

Very clean, great stay!

The place was super clean and tidy. Only minor issues were there were a few things missing from the kitchen that would have been helpful like scissors and a few other utensils. Another issue was the faucets in the bathrooms were very old and hard to turn off, had to push in the faucet in one of the showers with my foot to get it to turn off. The sliding glass door in the living room would also get stuck and was hard to open. Other than that, easy check-in and close to the beach.

Relaxation

Wonderful beach getaway

This is the place to rent at Wrightsville Beach. The condo has a great beach feel, nice ocean view, and was a pleasure to live in for the week. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beautifully updated kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the nice flooring throughout, easy to keep clean and no musty, dirty carpets. All appliances were in good working condition. We were impressed with the quality of the supplied linens and towels, including some really nice, extra-large beach towels. As a bonus, this unit came complete with 3 bicycles, 2 boogie boards, beach cart, rolling cooler, and 6 very nice, clean and comfortable beach chairs.. Traci, our representative from Sea Scape properties, was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Sea Scape even left a welcome gift of a beach bag with drink cups, can coolers, sunglasses, and a pen & paper. Nice touch. The condo complex itself is also very clean and well-maintained. The pools are a bit smaller than they seem in the pictures but were kept clean and were not crowded during our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and felt we got our money’s worth. The only slight criticism worth mentioning is that the balcony furniture is a little tired, as you can see in the pictures, but was still usable. We will look for this unit again on our next visit to Wrightsville Beach.

Great beach location

Spacious condo with nice view of the ocean. Convenient location but away from the more crowded part of Wrightsville Beach.

Great location and spacious, stocked condo

Very well stocked condo - had very nice beach towels to use, beach chairs/wagon and bikes, high chair, pack n' play, and everything you need for the kitchen. It was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Amazing location - located on the quiet north end of the beach with beautiful dunes and about a one minute walk to the great pool and beach access. Two issues - the hot water tank needed to be flushed due to a really strong smell of sewage/sulfur? that I gather is not unusual on Wrightsville Beach. The property management company sent a plumber out and fixed it, but it was unfortunate to have to deal with. The other is that the beds are very hard/firm. Otherwise a great place and very nice visit.

Beautiful Beach Spot

We rented this condo on very short notice and we extremely satisfied. The location couldn’t be beat - close to restaurants and shopping - yet there was plenty of room on the beach. The condo was very well-equipped with like-new towels, bedding and beach chairs. Everything was terrific!
