*As of 12/17/2025, the HOA advised that the elevator in building A, Wrightsville Dunes will be temporarily out of service as they begin a limited modernization project. This essential work is scheduled to start on January 19th and is expected to be completed on or before February 19th. During this time, the elevator will be inoperable. This header replacement and rust remediation project will also include important upgrades to ensure the long-term safety and reliability of the elevator. *

“Myers” is a lively third floor condo that features comfortable furnishings that sport a fun beachy flare. The vibrant kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and accented with pops of color. With ample storage and counter space, this kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering. The kitchen offers a bar for additional seating and seamlessly flows into the open dining and living area. A large sectional sofa makes a perfect place to relax in the evenings or for an afternoon siesta. Grab a cup of coffee and head out to the deck to watch a spectacular sunrise. You can spend hours soaking in the sunshine and watching the birds and sea life.

Wake up each morning with expansive views of the crystal-clear waters showcased by a large sliding glass door in the spacious primary suite. A large king-sized bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom make this room a true oasis. The tropical inspired primary bathroom offers dual sinks, a large garden tub, walk in shower, and private water closet. There are two guest rooms located on the main living level of the condo. Both guest rooms are furnished with queen sized beds, overlook the sound, have direct access to private bathrooms, and include smart TV’s.

A spiral staircase leads you to the large, lofted area that overlooks the living room below. Youngsters will absolutely love this private retreat! The complex offers ground level storage for all your beach equipment for a convenient and hassle-free experience. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Restrictions: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twin.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Amenities: Keyless Entry, Shared Outdoor Showers, Commercial Elevator, Two Community Pools, Private Community Beach Access, Tennis Court, Ocean Front, Sound Views.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W041 - Myers” as a vacation rental.

Amazing location and space, pool access a huge benefit and the locker for storing all the beach gear was perfect! While the elevator was not working when we visited it wasn't a problem. Condo is open and spacious for a large group and was perfect for our visit with 4 kids in tow and the space was very comfortable for everyone to have their own space. My only suggestion I would have is that all the beds are VERY FIRM and could use an update. Otherwise it was perfect for the long weekend.

Great location

It is a great unit as far as layout...3 bedrooms with 3 baths and a loft that is great for kids/teens BUT it is VERY outdated and dirty. The furniture is dirty, the outdoor cushions are dirty and ripped, there were cracks in the tile, the shower drains didn't drain well and we had to mop the floors when we got there. It is in need of a MAJOR scrubbing and update.

Great family friendly spot

Our family of 5 - with our 9 year old and twin 4 year olds - stayed here. It’s hard to find a suitable rental for our configuration, but this was perfect. We even had room to spare.

Summer vacation

Beautiful views, well appointed, albeit a bit dated. It's hard to find a beachfront property that will sleep 10 for this price. Only disappointments were parking which we were made aware of. The bigger issue was the elevator not working. Fortunately we received a discounted price because of it. Overall I would recommend this unit, just make sure you check about the elevator before booking, because it seems to be an ongoing issue.

Nice oceanfront condo

We had a wonderful 6 days renting the Meyers oceanfront, 3 bedroom with loft condo 2 weeks ago. A great time for our family to get together. Highlights about the condo included: awesome view of the beach and ocean; WOW sunrises; kitchen nice setup, all mattresses were very comfortable; the large sofa was nice; on the balcony there were plenty of chairs and a table; and all appliances worked. Issues: several bathroom towels provided for our week at the beach were stained. Old stains. So washed over and over. They should have been tossed instead of distributing to guests. High expectations that clean towels would be provided for a nice rental unit. Dining room chairs were stained, dirty, and wobbly. They have been dirty for a long period of time. In advance of our stay I asked Bryant Realty about the unit. Most questions went unanswered or reference was made "owner or homeowner's responsibility". A simple question about measuring the height of the master bedroom bed went unanswered except "Standard height". We adjusted the high height bed upon arrival. Property management staff should visit and inspect each rental unit routinely and at the beginning of the peak season. Inspect condition of unit nd verify availability of furnishings as noted in the photos when viewing the property information to rent. A lamp in one of the photos was missing in the large livingroom. Only one lamp for the big area. Again, owner issue. I went out and bought a lamp. Since the dining room chairs were dirty, stained, and wobbly, the rental agents should have noticed and notified the owner to make repairs or replace. I'm surprised the owner did not reupholster and fix the chairs to provide high quality furnishings Also, Bryant staff did not notice the condition of the chairs. All other furnishings were great. Hopefully the seats for the chairs will be reupholstered and repaired for future guests. The Meyers overall is a very nice condo.
