Great staff, helpful and friendly. The food in the Brazzerie was excellent. A little disappointed that the pool was closed to guests between 15:30 and 17:00 because of Children Swimming. Also slightly disappointed that you haven’t pay £7.40 per person for a swim.

Dragonfly Hotel Bury St Edmunds
Convenient location and easy access, room comfortable and clean. Reception changed our rooms to ground floor on request at arrival, as allocated rooms were not easily accessed, lots of stairs up and down and corridors. All Saints Resort
I've stayed here many times and it never fails to astound me how lovely this hotel is. From the reception staff to the rooms themselves. Just a wonderful place to stay

Number 10 The Abbey
Nice room and a good area but there is three floors with no lift. I lived on the top floor and it got really hot so I had to sleep with the windows open and a fan on as there is no ac.

Thetford Hive
Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay.
