There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, along with a dining table and heating stove.

The property features a shower/WC, heating system, and a balcony of 8 square meters, as well as a terrace spanning 30 square meters with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a sitting area.
