If it’s a fabulous coastal retreat just metres from a beautiful beach and the vibrant buzz of a seaside village you’re after, then this second-floor apartment sleeping four guests is perfect. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or an evening tipple after a day of exploring this beautiful part of the UK. The apartment complex also offers a variety of facilities, including a shared indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, external heated surf showers and games room.
From the on-site car park, a lift will take you to this second-floor retreat with the open-plan living space with large patio doors leading out to a balcony. The living space is flooded with light and after a day of exploring the North Devon coast and countryside, you can relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy a film or a game of cards. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need and the chef of the group can still be a part of the conversation. Along the hallway, the two bedrooms are both simple and stylish. There’s a light and bright king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC, and one twin (which can be made into a super king-size on request). Completing the apartment is the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
