The Apartment

This bright and elegant apartment features a high-end interior and generous space. With approx. 120 m², it offers three comfortable bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

A large wraparound balcony facing two directions invites you to relax with comfortable lounge furniture and a barbecue. On sunny days, it’s the perfect place to enjoy your time outdoors.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) plus an additional single bed. A baby cot can be added on request.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m) for two guests.

Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed and access to a small private balcony.

The living room can also be used as a sleeping area, featuring a large pull-out sofa bed. For larger groups, an additional comfortable air mattress (1.55 m wide) is available.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment. A free outdoor parking space is available on the property.

Check-in is easy and flexible via a modern code lock, allowing you to arrive independently at any time—no keys or fixed check-in hours required. Your personal access code will be sent to you before arrival.

Early check-in may be possible upon request, depending on availability.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher, stovetop, and oven.

The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, and the toilet is separate.
Just bring your toothbrush—everything else is ready for you. Towels and all essential household items are provided, with ample storage space throughout the apartment.

Bicycles can be stored safely and dry at ground level in the bicycle shed.
