Home essentials include central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was very quiet, and suited our needs. I would recommend more towels in the room as for a 4 day stay with 4 people - 8 towels didn't really seem to be enough. I would also recommend putting in the description somewhere that parking is first come first serve (no passes needed to park). It was very difficult at times finding parking even remotley close to the building. Also, I did put 1 star down down for communication with the host. I asked a question 3 months ago with no response, and submitted 2 more questions a couple days before our stay with no response. I ended up having to contact Vrbo and they had to open a case in order to get a response. Outside of that, check in and out was great as there is no waiting in lines. You get a door code before you arrive, and a text to check out.

We were disappointed with our stay overall. When we arrived, there were a few immediate concerns — including blood on the lamps in the bedroom, which was very unsettling and raised cleanliness concerns right away. Our receipt also listed “waterpark add-ons,” however we were told we could not access any of the Chula Vista Resort Waterparks waterparks, which was confusing and frustrating since it was included on the booking details. Guest services through Chula Vista and through VBRO were not helpful either. We ended up spending another $1,000 for all of us to go to the Kalahari for waterparks. There also appeared to be no on-site staff available during our stay. There was no one present to check us in, answer questions, or assist with basic needs like towels, toilet paper, or garbage bags. At checkout on Sunday, while we were packing up, room service knocked on the door. We explained that we would be leaving shortly, but when we exited the room they were still standing outside waiting for us to leave, which felt uncomfortable and rushed. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to cleanliness issues, unclear amenities, and lack of guest support.

Quiet and Clean

We stayed for a conference at the resort. It was very nice being able to skip the check in line while all of the rest of the conference goers were stuck in line. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion I have is to maybe have a night light in the double bedroom. I found it to be a little dark, but if my husband would have been traveling with me, he would have loved it!We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Communication was fantastic. Lot's of room in apartment/room. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. Laundry and ice machine a couple of doors down was super handy. Location is close to activities, but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the property.

Waterpark

Tickets to the waterpark weren’t included but we were told that you could get passes when you got there. We get there and told sold out the entire time we were there. Couldn’t even go into the waterpark. Very disappointed
