Deerfield Hideaway @ Spring Brook Resort

Situated in a quiet Spring Brook Resort cul de sac, this spacious, six bedroom home has all the conveniences to be your home away from home. Enjoy the resort amenities or take advantage of the home's many indoor and outdoor features including ample deck space, a gas grill and a campfire ring located just steps from the home. Deerfield Hideaway sleeps a maximum of 18 people.

The main level of the home boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The ultimate master bathroom has a cozy soaking tub, walk-in shower and fireplace. The remaining main level bedrooms come equipped with TVs and queen size beds. Dinner time is a breeze in this fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, table and additional seating at the counter. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the adjacent dining room. After meals, retire to the great room living area complete with a stone wall gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper and mounted flat screen TV. Want to give the kids their own space? Take advantage of the second TV viewing area which is set up in the family room just off the entryway.

Guests will appreciate the lower level for the fun cave and additional sleeping arrangements. The sizable finished basement has three bedrooms with TVs and a third full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms come with king size and one with a queen size bed. The highlight of the lower level though is the large recreation room featuring a large screen TV, pool table, air hockey, dart board, and foosball table. Bring on the fantasy draft, golf outing or girls' weekend! A full size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests is furnished. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.

A large laundry room with washer and dryer complete the list of conveniences provided. The house is a short drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 18, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Clean and spacious

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and spacious, they had everything we needed and more. We got to enjoy the pool/club house ammenities. Also very close to all water parks and downtown Wisconsin Dells. The Tom Bartlett exploratorium is a must. Overall, a great experience.

Great place!

This is the 2nd year we stayed at Spring Brook for our family Christmas. Another fun filled weekend with the family. So manly things to do for the kids. Pool, foosball and air hockey were big hits. The pool was good for the younger kids. Older kids were a little bored with it. They are more into the water slide parks. Watched the Packer play off game at the bar restaurant and enjoyed the beer pitchers, wings and pizza specials! Only bad thing for me is they didn’t have a hair dryer. Next time I’ll bring one! We would definitely do it again!

The house was excellent and matched our expectations!

The property was great, only negatives were that the games in the basement were half broken. The dart board barely worked and air hockey didn't at all. Our group likes games and picked the house over others for the game amenities. We had issues at first with the internet, but sorted that out after a couple router resets. Our overall stay remained great.

Back to the Dells - our return family vacation visit

The property is spacious, three bedrooms, pool table, foosball and air hockey for indoor entertainment, a stone fire pit, large deck and cozy side porch with large grassy area for outdoor play. Loved the big screens in the common areas, two sitting rooms upstairs and in the basement family room. Enjoy morning and evening walks to the resort in a clean, safe neighborhood and swim indoors or outside to contemporary music. However Our group was cramped in the dining area which only seats eight. The housekeeping failed to clean under the furniture, leaving trash (including a used prophylaxis!) The downstairs bedrooms stayed cool, but there is a broken support board in one of the beds. This high-end vacation property is a costly so our family's high expectations, though not fully realized, were justified.

Awesome house for a large family!

We enjoyed being together in this house. We cooked our breakfasts and had all the pans, appliances and utensils at our fingertips. We had nights around the fire pit after the kids went to bed and enjoyed visiting and laughing together.

3 generation family vacation

The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The Spring Brook resort provided an excellent atmosphere of fun, family friendly, safe and accommodating. We enjoyed use of the pool and dinner at the restaurant on site. The location was great for quick access to all that the Dells is known for. Thanks for a great experience and we are likely to return.

Wonderful Time

We had a great time at this property. The location was perfect, close to all of the highlights the Dells has to offer. The setup of the house was fantastic for our needs. Used the firepit for smores. Will definitely stay again but may try a different location in the Springbrook community just for something different. I have to say though it will take a very special place to measure up to the Deerfield Hideaway.

Great location and house

The house worked great for our family. The downstairs rec area was a hit with the kids and adults. The 2 different family room areas on the main level was great for visiting, games, and just good conversations. Spring Brook was very responsive at all steps of the process and check-in was very easy. The house is 8-10 minutes from almost the activities our family enjoyed. Overall, a great visit.

Beautiful home

The home was very nice and the location was perfect! But the floors were obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was sand on the Master bathroom floor. Crumbs on the kitchen floor and pretzel pieces on the floor in the basement. And we found a water bottle under the couch in the living area. The dart board was unusable as the darts were broken and the board was in bad shape. The yard games were either broken or missing pieces. The pots and pans were old and in bad shape. Lastly, the dishwasher doesn't clean well and the dry cycle doesn't dry the dishes either.

Family Fun in Wisconsin Dells

Perfect location to enjoy all the attractions in Wisconsin Dells along with Devil's Lake State Park and boating on Lake Delton. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 6 children. The house was perfect for all our needs.

Great weekend stay!

The house was better than expected! Rooms were big and had plenty of space in the house. Close to bars and restaurants. The house was in a nice neighborhood. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend to anyone.

Ski Weekend

Spend weekend in this great house with my friends and family. House was great, very clean and spacious. Enough entertainment for kids and adult. Literally 3 min driving from downtown of Wisconsin dells

Great stay!

Everything about the rental was easy and the house was perfect for our group of friends and little ones! The house was better than expected actually! We usually do a big get together for the holidays and decided to do a getaway this year to take the stress off of the host and it was perfect! We’ll be doing this in years to come again! The whole resort is great. Perfect location and it was so nice they had a pool (and kiddie pool) right there. It would be nice if the pool had towels though. I forgot ours at home.
