Our apartment is on the ground floor of a newly built (2016) small residential complex, offering stunning views towards the Veltins Arena. The complex includes a dedicated room for storing bicycles, skis, and sleds. The apartment's parking space is covered, slightly wider than usual, and handicapped accessible.

Combi Apartments Kappenblick 1 and 2 are located next to each other and can be booked together, although they are not interconnected. Both apartments are modern, newly furnished, and equipped with all the comforts and conveniences you need. Each apartment features a living room with underfloor heating, a sitting area, a dining area, and a sofa bed that converts easily into a comfortable bed. A widescreen TV is also available. The living rooms offer great views of the bobsleigh run and the chairlift on Kappe Berg.

The kitchens in both apartments are fully equipped with a freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee pod machine, and kettle. All bedrooms feature large, luxurious box spring beds, with one bedroom having a duo bed. A baby cot is available as well. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The terraces are perfect for enjoying the summer sun. These accommodations are ideal for holidaying with friends or family, allowing you to enjoy time together while maintaining the privacy of your own space.

The Skikarussell Winterberg, renowned for its excellent skiing opportunities, is only a few minutes away on foot. Additionally, the Erlebnispark, offering fun and excitement for all ages, and the Bikepark, perfect for cycling enthusiasts, are also within a short walking distance. This prime location allows you to enjoy both the serenity of a quiet stay and the vibrant activities nearby.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.
A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Free access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna (sauna use costs €2.00 per session).
Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.
A crib or high chair is available on request.
Young groups and parties are not allowed.
