LIVING AREAS:
The house benefits from a large living space equipped with widescreen TV and plenty of space on a huge comfy deep seated corner sofa to sit down and relax.

DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 9 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.

KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The modern integrated kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Surrey. There is an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is two bathrooms in the property, one of which is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, sink and located on the upstairs. The second bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is also a third toilet located on the ground floor.

All CASA By Grace lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.

Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and FREE Wi-Fi for your entire stay. So, if you are a key worker, contractor, or business traveller. We have the perfect environment for your stay with us.

We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.

This beautiful house is within the grounds of The former Old Windsor Tapestries factories which were originally designed under the patronage of Queen Victoria’s son. It's situated in extremely well-maintained communal gardens with far reaching views and within easy access to all local amenities and attractions.

2 Parking spaces available for guests at the back of the house

This scenic location is just a stone’s throw from historic Windsor Castle and The Magna Carta in Runnymeade and is ideally placed for all the cultural landmarks, amenities and open spaces the local area has to offer.

5 minute drive to central Windsor where you will find an array of buzzing shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

5 minute drive to the Great Windsor Park, Runnymeade Pleasure Ground and the River Thames with a wide range of beautiful open spaces to explore as well as excellent transport links for journeys further afield.

You can walk along the Thames Path all the way into the Windsor town centre, the Windsor Great Park or to Runnymeade.

There is three local train stations near by: Datchet, Windsor & Eton Central, Windsor & Eton Riverside.

The M25, M4 and M3 are near by for journeys into London, the south and west. Heathrow Airport is just ten minutes away giving you easy access to travel almost anywhere.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. All bookings are fully non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival
2. If cancelled after booking, or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
3. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm, the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID, and a card pre-authorisation of £345 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £345 unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss, or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

EXTRAS:
If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.

Need a late check-out? Send us a message & we can arrange it for you for a small charge.

PARKING:
The property benefits from having a free private parking space directly outside the house. There is free street parking on the road and near-by streets also, should you need to park more than one car.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ night’s stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with CASA By Grace.

If you’re traveling with a group and would like something spacious and with elevated decor, this is your place. The interior design is elegant but comfortable. Each room has something that just seems well thought-out. There are 3 very large bedrooms, plus a darling single bedroom for people who misbehave The bathrooms are incredible and the kitchen has all you need for basic meals. It’s walking distance to 2 amazing restaurants and close to all things “Windsor”. Lisa and Stefanie will make sure you have everything you need including a clean, safe hot tub for your soaking pleasure. We soaked. It was a pleasure. I would definitely stay there again. Pro tip: pull the sleeper sofa in the living room out for a fabulous movie night. The only downside is that you won’t be able to keep up with your personal laundry with the speed you might expect from the washer/dryer.

Great house and 30 min walk into Windsor

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The house is as excellent as the pictures show! 5-10 min walk to the Loch and Tyne, which I would definitely recommend for a meal. Supermarket about a 3min walk away. Windsor was a 30 ish minute walk. Lovely house, would stay again if I needed to!

Amazing weekend away.

Not only is this house absolutely beautiful but the host Lisa was amazing too! Stayed here with some friends for a long weekend. The house was lovely, everything we could need. Everyone was so impressed. Location was great. Booking the house and contact with the host, Lisa, was so easy. She was always there to answer any questions and relay all information needed. I really would recommend this house to anyone and definitely hope to visit again!

Great for our girls weekend

Beautiful house, immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished. All of the bedrooms were stunning, with comfortable beds and luxery bedding. Kitchen has everything you need and next to a lovely dining room. Cozy lounge for evenings chatting and relaxing. Great location, close to Windsor (we walked in via Thames Pathway). Hosts were lovely, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay in this unique and beautiful house.
