"Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either."

"Spacious room with tv and tea/coffee facilities. Plentiful supply of tea etc. Bathroom also of a good size but shower was a bit lacklustre. Ideally placed for visiting the Museum of the Royal Navy which includes HMS Victory and The Mary Rose. Also near the Gunwharf Quays area with shops, restaurants and the Spinaker Tower. "

"The staff were very friendly, and very helpful! They were all very organised, with our luggage, parking and sorting out a taxi for us in the morning!! Room was very big and clean! We will definitely be using this hotel again in future visits! Would highly recommend it!"

"This is a good hotel for a stay of one or two nights. However, in general the building needs an update. Especially if I look to the price a paid for the room. The bathroom is clean but basic. The restaurant offers exceptable food. The breakfast is too basic (the bread is not good, nothing to choose, very basic and dry). The staff is very fiendly."
