The host never sent instructions on how to access the rental. So the day of my check in I sent a private message before leaving my home in GA which went unanswered. I arrived at the location and still had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes until I could even get a hold of anybody to figure out what unit I was in or how to access it. This was after I called multiple numbers that were attached to the unit and had to call customer service thinking that this was a scam. The Host apologize profusely that they had been sick and they would be there shortly to let me in. As well as saying that they were going to refund a portion for my trouble which I never was refunded. There is no communication whatsoever from this house.
