"My first two rooms had broken TVs. My third room had a poorly running AC unit. The TVs went out during the TTU softball game and I was unable to watch. Wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom. No pool chairs, just a couple of regular chairs around a single table."

"The biggest concern during our stay was the cleanliness. The bathroom floors were dirty, there were stains on the bed frame, and the coffee maker had black mildew inside the water reservoir. The pool area was also not very clean and did not appear well maintained. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast each morning, which we genuinely enjoyed and appreciated. While the room rate was reasonable, this experience showed us that we would be willing to pay a bit more for a cleaner,...

"Pool "closed until further notice." Then it should not be listed as an amenity online. Front desk staff look to be zombies...at best. Wasn't sure if I needed to check their pulses for signs of life. I have no idea why this property was ranked so high. Very misleading. Of looking for cheap stay without using pool and don't care for customer service, then I guess it's good enough."
