    Ubicación privilegiada en Wrightsville Beach para unas vacaciones familiares en la playa y en barco en la tranquila y apacible South Lumina. Increíble océano y vistas de sonido desde 4 cubiertas. Solo una casa de la playa con fácil acceso al mar. O elija su playa privada y tranquila en el muelle del lado del sonido con su embarcación para aguas profundas y mirador en Banks Channel. ¡El muelle es un excelente lugar para que los niños pesquen! South Lumina es una calle de un solo sentido, de tráfico lento y con tráfico mínimo: probablemente más corredores y ciclistas que automóviles, y no hay estacionamiento público.

    Impresionantes amaneceres del océano. La tarde y la noche, las reuniones al lado del océano en la enorme terraza son cómodas a la sombra, ¡no se necesitan anteojos de sol! Este plano de planta abierto es perfecto para familias numerosas y entretenidas, y tiene vistas al mar desde casi todas las habitaciones. No te preocupes por transportar tu Keurig, ¡tenemos eso! 4 televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición. Ascensor, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha exterior. Garaje para 3 coches y estacionamiento total para 6 o más coches.

Guys trip

Stayed here with 10 of my childhood buddies and had a blast. Perfect location and awesome house. No regrets with staying here.

House was wonderful - absolutely lived up to the description A little awkward getting all of the necessary access codes to the house from the management company During the day a lot of construction noise on neighbors houses

Wedding Week

This house was perfect for our week to celebrate my son marry his bride. It was spacious enough for everyone to have private space but the community level provided the ability to connect with the group. The one item that we wanted to relay is that the upstairs bedroom doorstop to the balcony had fallen off and the door had the capability to fly back. Thanks all.

Fantastic

Fantastic property exactly as advertised. Lots of beach toys including two wagons which came in very handy.had access to a dock which was a great surprise. Advertise for 13 people but only had like 8 forks and no extra toilet paper. Pillows pretty flat. Really minor minor minor points. Would stay here again was a fantastic location tons of room lots of beds great common areas

A wonderful house we've enjoyed for years

We've always loved it for many reasons, including its spaciousness, wonderful views, its access to the beach and the channel. Beach access was made more difficult this year by some beach front neighbors blocking long-used paths. We need to improve this.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great spring break vacation here. Pros—the house is laid out really well for two young families and grandparents. Location is in a very quiet section of the beach which we loved. I was happy to see the owners responded to an earlier review asking for new bedding in the master. There was a lovely new quilt provided. Cons—we had some confusion about the beach access which hopefully will be worked out for future renters. The noise from the kitchen chairs over the room below is awful. It might help to have some lighter chairs there or some kind of rug underneath them. One of the faucets needed to be replaced as it was leaking.

It is near access to the beach (the Big Beach; the ocean) and also has a "little beach" on the Channel for the toddlers to enjoy with no waves. The gazebo on the Channel is perfect for sunset viewing at the end of the well-spent day.

It's perfect for our family, The only negative was a broken dishwasher for the entire week, despite efforts by maintenance and local appliance guys to fix it. Not good given heightened need for sanitation this year.

Perfect family rental

Big kids can play in the waves and surf and little ones can enjoy the beach at the dock on the channel. Sunsets are great there for everyone, too. The deck is a wonderful place to gather and even eat dinner together. We love this home.

Top floor bedrooms have private decks with unobstructed views of the ocean and boats on the causeway. Long porch off main floor, with lots of rocking chairs, invites you to hours of rocking and conversation.
