Amazing views, great beach

The property was as described. The unit has an amazing view of the beach and easy access to it. I did wish the second bedroom had a different configuration to maximize the use of the balcony. We did get a lot of rain on day three and four of our stay due to a tropical storm that resulted in some leaking in the master bedroom. The property manager was excellent and quickly answered our questions. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained, I would recommend this property for a small family/group.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The area is quiet , clean and private. The parking between owners / condo renters is some what difficult but overall definitely will stay at one of thier other properties.

At least one twin needs a new mattress - not an egg crate mattress. All beds need mattress covers. Need new pillows in twin room. Pillows are very flat. Hall bathroom needs new curtain and rod. Rod is rusty. Hole in wall needs to be repaired. Need at least two new ice cube trays. Several provided are cracked and broken.

Quick trip

We wanted a quick trip after christmas and this place fit the bill! Condo is so close to the beach and quiet! We had an issue the first day but the owner had someone fix it immediately. Thank you so much!!!

Disappointed

Beds were awful. Twin beds: one had box spring and egg crate foam pad and the other was mattress. Queen bed did not comfortably accommodate two people. Pots and pans were unwashed from previous tenants and put away in cupboard. No toilet seat in bathroom. Location to beach and view from balcony were not disappointing. Difficulty reaching property mgr with questions.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Easy beach access and short drive to boardwalk. Very clean and nice. Had issue with tv, messaged and new tv was brought and installed within an hour. Had a great time and experience would definitely recommend.

We liked the location and that it had been nicely updated especially the kitchen. We did not like that it is OLD, evidenced by rust and rotten boards throughout the buildings. It was clearly furnished in odds and ends. Major concern was the entry door lock only worked from the inside so we could not ensure security while away. Owner apologized and said repair is scheduled but it did not resolve the matter for us. Terrible soft mattresses, living room rug is filthy, sandy dirty floors at initial entry, rental linens were paper-thin and cheapest towels one can buy, some in poor condition. Pictures seem to hide that the condo overlooks the pool although the beach is seen beyond. There were no chairs at the pool and none provided with the rental. Internet was down 2nd evening (of 3), TV did not work on last evening, controller for dvd was not found until 2nd evening. There was only 1 bedside lamp with 4 guests in 3 beds. The cleaning fee is grossly excessive given the tiny 900' area which could be well cleaned in 2 hours, and that the beds were not made when we arrived requiring us to do it. This condo is quite expensive for its size and age and certainly not worth the cost. We would not recommend it.

Exactly as advertised!

Our family of four spent a week here. The condo is well maintained, comfortable and has great ocean views and breezes. Check in and check out are incredibly simple and we loved the beach and the easy access to all of the local attractions. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyable stay

Enjoyable stay with great views/access to the beach. Pool was an added bonus. Only complaint was the trash at the pool was never collected during our stay. Another resident had disposed of a fish head in the trash can so by the end of our stay the smell was unpleasant.

Comfortable and with a Great Ocean Front View

This was a lovely place to stay. Had all that we could need and was ocean front. The weather was even nice for this time of year (New Year’s weekend). The Host was very responsive to any communications. Would highly recommend!
