"I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. "Let me start by first saying that everything was pretty great with this property and check in and out process was flawless. We'll definitely stay here or in another unit again most likely. That being said the only reason we're giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because after we initially booked the room, one of the "hosts" or managers reached out saying that they were requiring a 3 night stay due to the hiday(july 4th) vs what we booked which was a 2 night stay.
