The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. (4 adults and 2 children). It was clean with comfortable beds. Governors Green is our preference. Short ride to Busch Gardens, Great Wolf Lodge and Old Town.

Location, room, and amenities were wonderful. Whatever you do, do not sign up for the timeshare presentation. It is sold as a 90 minute presentation. It wasted 3 and a half hours of our time. No "free presents" are worth that. It was like high pressure used car sales.It was our choice to participate in it so i don't want that to reflect on the host, just want to warn anyone staying at this facility.

Great place for family vacation

Property was nice. Staff was helpful. Our family of 9 used the pool & mini golf on property, both were nice. Our unit had some minor issues, hot water in the stand up shower turned cold quickly. The other bathroom, the tub glaze was peeling so our grandson couldn't take a bath in there. Location was great, close to Busch Gardens & Outlets for shopping. All in all, it was a great trip!

Vey Nice Condo

We didn’t know it was a Time Share property. So the check-in process included many conversations about going to listen to a sales pitch. Then calls later. But the unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. Great location for Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Great Wolf Lodge.

Property is convenient but alot of the services are not given the same attention as previousley, for instance, not linen in the bedroom and kitchen accessories missing. When requested staff was at your service. Also facilities need to be upgraded.

Great property and staff

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so, so helpful. Jay from the front desk even texted me when he was out sick one day. Check in was really easy. Loved the evening social / snacks / Sunday morning mimosas and muffins. I needed a few bags of ice for the travel home for breastmilk and AJ at the front desk offered to store in their freezer if i needed. Way beyond expected hospitality. It’s pretty obvious it’s a time share situation so if that’s your thing, cool, if not, (and it isn’t ours) it wasn’t an annoyance. Pretty close to everywhere you want to go. Clean, readily available concierge… no complaints at all!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable, and overall clean, but the kitchen floor was dirty. The kitchen could use a few more items to cook with ie. baking sheets, hot pads.

This condo was exactly what we needed to make our visit to Williamsburg the best. It was clean, had everything we needed: swimming pool, playground, and mini golf for the kids. Nice walking paths, pool table, and exercise room for adults. It was close to the many attractions in town

Great place, awful service from VRBO

We were really happy with our stay but we’re very UNHAPPY with the lack of professionalism from our VRBO host. Despite being repeatedly told, in writing, that our name would be on the reservation, we arrived after 7 hours in the car to discover that instead of our name, our hosts name was listed. We tried messaging, calling and emailing our host but got no response. This considerably delayed the checkin of seven tired people ansd was extremely unprofessional.furthermore, no apology or compensation was offered. Next time I’ll certainly book directly with the resort and not use VRBO.

Fantastic Resort!

I cannot say enough about our stay here. It was even better than the pictures and description. It was very very clean, quiet and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Great Stay!

The property is nice with activities the teens enjoyed. Two pools are available. There are basketball courts, mini golf, and a cornhole setup. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Obviously, this is a members resort so after check-in you will be asked about attending a timeshare presentation. We politely declined and were not hassled. The staff were very friendly.

The woman in the guard station was the kindest person ever. She was extremely friendly and answered all questions. Her wave to us as we would come and go throughout our stay made us feel welcomed. She needs to be recognized for her wonderful personality!
