****WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES OR MATURE ADULT GROUPS OVER 25 YEARS OLD******ABSOLUTELY NO TEEN/PROM GROUPS, COLLEGE STUDENTS, OR SENIOR WEEK******

This bright and spacious TOP FLOOR four bedroom condominium is located just 1.5 blocks from Wildwood's beaches and boardwalk. The Wildwood Convention Center is just a short walk away. The boardwalk is 2.5 miles long with amusement piers, restaurants, and specialty shops.

Families can relax on the huge top deck, or sit back and relax in front of the fireplace.

Wireless Internet is included at no additional charge.

The Family Room has a 43" Smart TV (no cable)

The kitchen table has 6 chairs, and the kitchen island has 3 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10. A toaster oven, toaster, drip coffee maker and all needed pots, pans, and utensils for cooking.

The living room has two large sofas. In addition, the place is so spacious a sitting area with 2 chairs adds more seating to relax and read a book.

This smoke-free condominium has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, a large closet, Smart TV and a full bath.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, a dresser, and a Smart TV.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, a dresser, and a Smart TV.

The fourth bedroom is our "kids" room with 2 bunkbeds (twin mattresses), a dresser, large closet, and a Smart TV.

Convenient outside shower next to the garage to clean off after a long day at the beach.

A charcoal grill is provided for barbecuing.

Convenient parking for up to 2 vehicles.

We loved staying in this property!! The owner was very easy to communicate with and wanted the best for everyone staying at the property. Everything was clean and spacious and explained well in the descriptions. Definitely suggest staying here for any type of group/family vacation.

Over all, great!

Over all, great! There was a couple things that could be improved like patching a couple holes in the bathroom walls from towel hangers, the runner rug needs some cleaning along with the dishes. Communication with Ann was great and property was explained well and accurate.

Amazing spot!

I stayed here with my husband, children, and parents and had an amazing time! The condo looks just like it does in the pictures. We loved that it was super clean and in a great location- it takes no time at all to walk to the beach/boardwalk. Bedrooms were larger than I expected; plenty of space for suitcases. The kitchen/living room was also very spacious. Location is quiet and everyone slept well each night. Make sure to take advantage of relaxing on the large balcony!! Nothing bad to say. We are so happy we chose to stay here!

Great location!

Our family enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The house was clean and had plenty of space. The master bedroom was huge. The deck was an awesome spot to relax with a table for dining as well as a large seating area with comfy outdoor sofas. The location was perfect for our group with just a short walk to the boardwalk and beaches.

Great Cheer Mom Weekend

Super convenient. Just a couple blocks from the convention center. Four moms and four teenage daughters had a lovely time. Plenty of space. Super clean. Had everything we needed.

Daughters Sweet 16

The house was excellent. It was the perfect size for 3 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 children. Perfect for 2 families. Kitchen was big with everything you need, beds were comfortable and location was exactly what we were looking for. The only begative we had was the wifi was not very good, but we didmt really need it anyway. Ww will definitely look to be back next year.

Relaxing

Our family had a wonderful stay in this property! Location was perfect. Close to the beach, but when you left the beach the house was quiet and relaxing. Our group was large and there was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well ready to support our meals each night. The owners were excellent to deal with and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again when in town!!
