OVERVIEW
Fantastic 2-bedroom, 1-office space, 2 bathrooms, beautifully decorated, fully fenced private backyard Anaheim Bungalow/Courtyard villa located in the Eleanor Villas section of the Village of Pinellas. Centrally located between Sumter Landing and Brownwood town centers. Owner is always striving for a 5-Star experience. A nice Yamaha 2 seat golf cart is included in the rental price! The Villages is a 55+ Senior Community.

KITCHEN
The open kitchen and breakfast bar overlooks the dining room and living room for a true open concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities to make this home feel like your home away from home. From tasteful dishes, silverware, bakeware, and small appliances to wine glasses and wine rack, it is all here.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a comfortable couch, two plush end chairs, and a brand new 50-inch Smart LED TV with a preferred 125+ channel Xfinity TV package and speedy 600 mps wireless internet service throughout the home.

BEDROOMS
The villa features a spacious master bedroom with tray ceiling and a comfortable king size bed, nightstands, dresser and 32-inch TV. Also included in the master bedroom is a large tiled shower, with a walk-in closet, and separate water closet. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen beds, ceiling fans, dressers. There is a pocket door in the hallway creating a second guest suite for guests. There is plenty of space for friends and family. All bedrooms have nice carpet and ceiling fans. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The inside laundry room is complete with a wash sink.

OUTSIDE
Sliding glass doors open from the dining room into the side courtyard with a table and chairs and BBQ grill. The living room opens into a screened lanai, with outside dining table and chairs and with bump out birdcage. Weekly yard service included at no-charge.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This lovely home is centrally located and convenient to everything! If you want to spend your time the ideal location in The Villages then this home is for you. It is close to Brownwood, the newest town square, the beautiful Eisenhower Recreation Center (a must see), Big Cypress Recreation Center, shopping at Pinellas Plaza and Colony Plaza (with a Publix and Winn Dixie), Evans Prairie Country Club, Bonifay Country Club, and Belle Glade Country Club. The community offers several community pools with pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and more! All 31 executive courses and 11 Championship courses are available to you with a temporary resident ID. With your temporary resident ID card, you can play for free on any of the executive courses or pay a nominal fee for the championship courses. A nice Yamaha 2 seat golf cart is included in the rental price!

MISCELLANEOUS
This home is fully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your time vacation in comfort with paper goods, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, laundry and dish supplies.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, internet, trash, lawn service and phone service are included. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs. +. Optional Resident ID cards will be provided entitling to use of Villages amenities including pools, golf courses, recreation centers, and many more.

We cannot say enough good things about this property. It was a great location and was furnished very nicely. Kitchen had a good layout with good cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the master bedroom was wonderful. Large walkin closet, nice walk on shower, and seperate toilet area made it very useful. We loved and would love to go back.

The property was very clean. The location is perfect- a short drive to Brownwood Square or Sumter Landing. Both were our favorites. Owner was vey gracious and helpful checking in. We really enjoyed our stay on Eleanor drive and plan to come back!

This house was great, had everything one needs. My husband loved that there was an office set up already. I loved the golf cart and pool. I will definately choose to stay here again. I forgot to mention the owners checked to make sure we got in on the first day and half way through our time they checked again to make sure we didnt need anything extra. I highly recommend staying here!

Our hosts provided a seamless process and were helpful and responsive at all times. Their place is in a perfect location to enjoy all that The Villages and nearby locations have to offer. It is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay with anything that you need for a short or long stay. We hope to visit there again soon.

Second time renting this unit. Owners are very cooperative. House is well stocked with items you need to experience that “at home” feeling. Included golf cart rounds out the Villages like a true Villager. Centrally located with easy access to town squares for nightly entertainment.

This house was perfect for us--they had everything we needed. Communication was excellent! It was 2 blocks to the pool, and the neighborhood people were very friendly. The golf court was wonderful to travel around the villages and for golf. Couldn't have had a better stay!

Just as advertised. The accommodations were just what we wanted. We were especially impressed with the supplies available. Daryll was excellent about communications. We had one small problem with the outdoor grill and he immediately took care of the problem. We liked the location, loved the screened-in area, and enjoyed the sitting areas.

Immediate response to booking inquiry. Ideal communication leading up to our stay--perfect arrival instructions. Beautiful villa in a wonderful, quiet location. Everything guests desire--comfortable, LOVELY furnishings, very clean, all things needed, nice floor plan for privacy, large kitchen. Thank you for the thoughtful Christmas decoration touches inside and out--made for our family's two week Christmas vacation special. Very much enjoyed meeting both of you in person, too! Photos and description of the property were accurate. Property is very well maintained. The location is close to Brownwood Paddock and easily accessed by the available golf cart. The area is very quiet and walking in the neighborhood is pleasant. Two major supermarkets are nearby as well as a few restaurants. Any issues that arose were easily and quicky resolved by the owner's quick responses. Only one appliance issue lingered because of supply chain difficulties and scheduling conflicts.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. This home had everything that we needed. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Very comfortable and Beautifully decorated. Heather And Daryl were extremely accommodating. We bugged them with lots of questions. It was wonderful how close the house was to the adult pool. Loved the golf courses in the area. Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in the villages.
