What a wonderful and helpful host and a fantastic place for my extended family to stay. Location to Wichita is perfect, and we were able to get put and enjoy the area every day and evening! Back at the house, I fell in love with the modern appliances and spacious fenced in back yard, with the flatiron grill, picnic table, and fire pit! Kids absolutely loved the play area in the downstairs - having their own space, complete with arcade game was a huge hit! Enough beds and rooms for privacy for everyone! Thanks so much for everything!

Well stocked, beautifully renovated home with plenty of seating for our family. Beds were comfortable, incredible kitchen and basement space with games for the kids. Back patio perfect for morning coffee. Owners communication was timely and great. Will stay again.

Book it! This house has been beautifully remodeled and makes great use of its space. 10 of us stayed for 3 nights while attending our son’s basketball tournament in Wichita. Andover was perfect to be in a smaller community that still had plenty of places to shop and eat while still being very close to our gym in Wichita. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and it’s very easy to get on the highway to head into Wichita. We walked to the Braum’s that’s super close two nights and the boys played basketball in the nearby park. Dillon’s is super close for groceries and I did an online order there ahead of time and picked up when we arrived. The back yard was great for the adults to sit and talk in the evenings. The master bedroom and bathroom were perfect and a surprise I loved was the vanity with the lighted mirror! The basement is perfect for kids to gather and watch movies, play foosball or video games and the bunk room was perfect for our son and his teammates who stayed with us. The owner is great and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is great. He responded immediately to my questions before check in. He and his wife take pride in this home and it shows! Stay here if you need a place in the area. You will love it!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for all 17 family members. (Ages 3-91 years old.) The house was well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. We will want to stay here again next time we visit Wichita!

Lovely property and great for family get togethers. Probably was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever had. Lots of Coffee K-cup choices and food staples. We catered in brunch for 15 family and there were plenty of utensiles and dishes. Very friendly for our 2 year old with toys and a little tent fort in the basement. Extremely comfortable beds.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

We were in town for my brother’s retirement from the Air Force and my nephews high school graduation. So needless to say we were traveling with a fairly large group. To say this house was perfect, is an understatement! The house was super clean, spacious and perfectly located. The house itself, is beyond gorgeous. From the kitchen, to the master suite, to the well stocked game/movie room! The game/movie room was perfect for the kids, we never heard one complaint of being bored! The backyard was spacious, perfect for grilling and s'more's making! The neighborhood was quiet and located near all you need! I don’t have the words for how amazing the host was, they accommodated our needs for baby items so we didn’t have to travel with these items. The communication was top level. Any time I had a question, the host was quick to respond. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone! Our trip was enjoyable and stress free!!!

Beautiful home!

This was the perfect place for all ages. Plenty of room for everyone to be together but still have space. Host was very accommodating even when we checked out & realized we forgot something we made a call and within minutes was able to get access back in.

Family weekend for granddaughters First Communion

Our son lives in Wichita but didn’t have room for us all to stay at his home. Their daughter was making her First Communion and we have a large family wanting to attend. It was roomy and homey so we could go to his house not too far away to enjoy time together there and at our Vrbo. Highly recommended and better than we could have ever expected!! What a neat idea this was to rent a home!!
