Space was clean and had everything we needed, and nothing we didn't need. As previous reviews state, this unit sleeps 2-3 max. The price is right for the location and amenities provided.

This was my second time booking this property, and I was very pleased with the improvements since my last visit. The place was much cleaner this time, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—right downtown and close to everything, which makes getting around so easy.The only minor issue was that the door code wasn’t sent to me on time, but when I reached out, the property owner responded quickly and resolved it without delay. Overall, highly recommended!

Among the worst stays I've had

Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another space to stay. I saw the poor reviews prior to booking and went against my better judgment in moving forward with it. I can imagine approximately one scenario where this would be a perfect space for your stay: if you are looking for all of the filth of staying in poorly managed motel but without any actual human being present to even inquire about your trip, this is the place for you. Oh also it costs 3x more.I arrived well after the check-in time of 5:00, but had to message the host to get a code to get into the space. When going into the space, I could immediately tell that it had only been tidied - not cleaned. The bed was made, so I guess there's that. There was a small piece of trash on the coffee table in the living room, which is not a huge deal, but felt indicative of the lack of care that had gone into the space. Luckily for the owners, I happened to show up to the unit wanting to have an enjoyable weekend. I was relieved that there was a broom available for me to clean the dust and cobwebs off the walls and the ceilings. The very visible dust and cobwebs. Again, on the walls and ceilings. I had also brought along cleaning supplies, thankfully, so I could make it into a more livable space. There is apparently a character limit for these so i will be brief on the rest. A/c unit in bedroom constantly dripping water on floor with no remediation. No spoons at all. (!?) Shower had hair in it. VERY thin walls.

Location of this apartment was great. It was walkable to everywhere we wanted to be for our stay. Unfortunately, this place was not as clean as I would have expected to be since there is very late checkin and very early checkout terms.

Great location

First of all, the location of this place could not be better if you are attending an event at Intrust! It is so great to not have to worry about driving or even catching an uber from an event. It is an easy walk from this house to Intrust. For that reason alone we will likely be back. The price is also right, this is a relatively inexpensive place to stay.My main complaint is the fact that this was listed as "Sleeps 4". There is 1 bed and 1 couch and the owner provided 2 towels. Those things do not make this a "sleeps 4" appropriate setting. Luckily I had reviewed the listing again before we arrived and then realized that there was only 1 bed, so we brought an air mattress with us. However, the listing is misleading the way it is written right now.Overall, this place is well worth the cost and the convenience of the location cannot be beat.

Great property!

I had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and made exploring the area super convenient. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and overall a good value for the price.A couple of things to note: it can get pretty loud when guests are staying in the upstairs unit, so if you’re sensitive to noise, that might be something to consider. Also, the 5 PM check-in felt a bit late, and I didn’t receive the automated door code until after 6 PM, which was a little inconvenient.That said, everything else was smooth, and I’d definitely stay here again for my next trip. It’s an affordable and easy option in a great location!

Sleepless

I looked at the room that I was put in. I specifically didn’t want this room because the reviews said there was a dog that barked downstairs and you could hear the door slamming. This was all true. Didn’t sleep much. This stay has made me want to go back to staying in a motel. No coffee maker.

Good accommodations for the weekend. Street parking. Close to entertainment, grocery if needed. Easy to find and get in. Everything I needed and nothing I didn’t.

Just not very clean

It was a place to stay with the basics but it wasn’t clean. I noticed a lot of gross stuff off the walls and floor. It also would have been nice to have more linens as one blanket wasn’t enough. Overall a cute neighborhood and a safe place to rest your head!
