"I absolutely loved this hotel and the location! The staff was always very kind and very accommodating.
I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, it was well-maintained and everything was always fresh. I loved the hotel room. I only wish there was air-conditioning but other than that everything was great."

"The Belfry trades heavily on its famous name, but the experience doesn’t justify the premium price.
My room was clean but very dated, with no air conditioning and only a noisy fan that made sleeping difficult even before the real issue started.
The biggest disappointment was the late-night noise. Guests drinking on the terraces created a constant level of shouting and disturbance that was completely at odds with what you’d expect from a luxury golf resort. I booked expecting a peaceful night...

"Our stay had a string of issues. The air conditioning was broken, and with no lift, I had to ask for help carrying my luggage upstairs due to a hidden disability — initially refused until I explained why. The only fix offered was one remaining small desk fan; staff were pleasant, but that leaves other guests with broken AC with nothing.

"I found the staff wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating. I had issues with my sink ( my own fault ) and they came within minutes to sort it. I had a great bunch of coffee and tea in the room which was very helpful as I love a good coffee. The room was very clean. You could hear things as it’s a pub but I slept great still. Love the free parking. I didn’t get any signal"
