I was very impressed by the revolution hotel. We were able to check in early. The hotel communicates via text message and you always get a quick response. The Chester Hotel
We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Maverick Suites at 400 Columbus Ave
Great location, clean room, beautiful view, comfortable bed and a great price. The space was a bit tight but I can live with that. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was a nightmare, no answer on the telephone. Then when you do get in, the door is too heavy to hold open easily while taking bags in. 2nd floor room, just wide enough to carry suitcase.
