"first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! "We had bugs in our room. The room wasn’t ready for use until 4 o’clock and once in the room one of the beds weren’t made. The help at the front desk was nonexistent every time myself or someone from my party went to front desk no one was there. "
