Welcome to our Lion Mountain Lodge - your dream vacation home in Whitefish, Montana!
This stunning 3 bedroom retreat is located in the serene Lion Mountain area, just a stone's throw from Whitefish Lake State Park, or a short drive or bike ride away from downtown Whitefish. Get ready to experience nature at its best, with a secluded location surrounded by trees and wildlife in a quiet neighborhood. You'll feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, while still enjoying easy access to all the best Montana has to offer.

Inside you'll find a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The open-concept layout creates a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, perfect for entertaining, dining, or just relaxing with loved ones. The large windows and sliding glass doors to the back yard allow for an abundance of natural light, making the space feel even more bright and airy. Outside you'll find a large wooden back porch with a propane BBQ and table and chairs.
*Please note that due to safety and insurance reasons, guests cannot use the burning wood in the fireplace in the living room.

Upstairs, you'll discover three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and a walk-in closet, while the third bedroom offers a full-size bunk bed with a twin trundle on the bottom.

Downstairs, you'll find even more space to spread out and relax. The TV room is perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows, while the wooden bar is stocked with glassware for entertaining. The gas fireplace adds a cozy touch and after a day of exploring, you can unwind in the private hot tub on the back deck.

Don't worry about laundry, as the large laundry room features a new washer and dryer, and we even provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for added convenience!

Lion Mountain Lodge is perfect for those looking for adventure or relaxation. Take a hike on the Lion Mountain loop trail, or head to Whitefish Lake State Park for swimming and fishing. In Whitefish you have access to 500+ Acres of State Land for enjoying a nice morning hike or bike riding through adventurous trails. Head to downtown Whitefish for a nice morning coffee or dining at one of the many fantastic local restaurants. You can view our Top Picks by visiting our Local Area Guide for staff suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Don’t forget to visit Glacier National Park, a short 35 minutes away from Whitefish with all the hiking, biking, water rafting, fly fishing and family fun you could ever dream of.

Great House in a great area

My family of six spent 8 nights at this great house on a nice property close to the lake . Split level floor plan was great, not too many steps up or down . My mother in law really liked that . Plenty of amenities, big hot tub, 3 levels , plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed. Super convenient check in and entire process . Highly reccomended . One of our favorite family rentals in a long time .
