  • PENTHOUSE UNIT Sleeps 6-7 Top floor new construction in the heart of downtown Whitefish, Montana. Breathtaking views of vibrant downtown, Central Avenue and Big Mountain can be enjoyed from the wall of windows in the living room or from the spacious balcony overlooking the wonderful town. This is a fantastic location, just steps away from: parks, trails, hiking, kayaking, golfing, skiing, fishing, shopping, breweries, restaurants, and nightlife, along with being a short drive to Whitefish Mountain Ski Area and Glacier National Park. Easy access from the covered, off street parking, leads you into the building where guests can easily take their bags up to the penthouse units with the new elevator. Unit features a king bedroom suite with walk-in shower, dual sinks, built in closets with overhead storage, and TV with cable and internet service. The second bedroom offers a queen suite, designated closet and TV with cable and internet. The third bedroom offers a full under/ twin over bunk, designated closets and tv with cable and internet. The second bathroom offers a walk-in shower and single sink. 317 Condo Amenities: Full kitchen with free Keurig coffee so you don't have to leave your comfy room, washer and dryer, TV (x4), internet, and outdoor seating, ground level ski and bike storage space with a dedicated oversized covered parking space. The snow bus stops out front so you don't even have to drive to Whitefish Mountain, pay for parking, or worry about driving back after cocktail hour with your friends. Uber and Lyft are available as well. Downtown Whitefish offers a very vibrant and unique atmosphere. There are high end shops along with quaint gift stores. Art Galleries, bakeries, coffee shops and more adorn every block. There are numerous festivals right out your front door, including Winter Carnival, Oktoberfest, Farmers Markets, Ski Joring, Festival of the Arts, Whitefish Trick or Treating, Brewery Tours, Glacier Symphony, and many more. The condo was perfect for our needs. Came in for a reunion and everything was clean, check in and digital locks so easy and Cole was a great host responding quickly to answer any questions. The location is right in town and above a great coffee shop !

Great condo!

Very clean, great location, great communication with manager. Highly recommended and will be staying again in the future. As good of experience as I’ve had staying anywhere in whitefish.

Ladies weekend

We really enjoyed our time here. Convenient to downtown shopping and dining. It was really cute and spacious enough for all of us. The building is very secure so we felt really safe. The property manager was great. He gave lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We enjoyed the condo right on Main Street! Appreciated the extra blankets, pillows & fan for bedroom with bunk bed. Beds were little firm but we all slept well after a full day of hiking & sightseeing. Loved being right on the street with restaurants & bars to walk to. The communication before & during with Cole was prompt! There are 2 units with same condo numbers which does make it confusing when checking in. Maybe put a 1 & 2 in front of condo number. Even with email we managed to go to wrong unit lol We will be back! Loved our stay!

The location of this condo is perfect for whatever you do during your visit. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and Sweet Peaks for ice cream! Amenities are there for all your needs and communication with Cole the property manager was always timely and helpful. We are already booked for our vacation next year!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. Right in downtown, easy walk to amenities around. Easy trip over to Glacier for amazing sights and hikes. The condo was the perfect place for us to relax after a day of hiking. Owners were great and super responsive. Can’t wait to come back for ski season.

Clean and Convenient In-Town Location

This seemed like it was a new rental that was conveniently located in Whitefish, a short drive to Glacier Park. Items to improve upon is more than 4 plates especially that it can house six people. Also quite sparse on kitchen supplies and utensils. Owner was very responsive and appreciated. Location and parking was not entirely easy to find. Overall, great location that could be better with some small changes. That is the reason for the 4 Stars.

Perfect getaway!

This condo was clean, modern and in a great walkable location to the town’s restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Whitefish really has it all...lakes, mountains, national parks. Adorable little town and made for the perfect getaway weekend.

School shopping

Downtown convenient but very noisy at night. Master bedroom windows above busy alley. Easily sleeps 6 but only enough plates and bowls for 4. Kitchen very light on food preparation equipment. Still no drawers in bedrooms so for longer stays like ours we found it tricky to live out of suitcase.

All around great location, great experience

This was a work trip for myself and my coworker and this place was great. Right in the heart of downtown Whitefish and an easy drive to everywhere. Abundant eateries, bars, etc all within an easy 5 minute walk away. Owners were great, the place was well stocked and we left a few unopened Cajun items for the next folks. Would love to bring my wife and kiddos back to this place.

Property was right downtown And everything was walkable. New unit so everything was in new condition. There were no dressers at this time for us to put our suitcases or clothes in or on. Would stay at again when in the area

Great place in the heart of Whitefish

Everything about this condo was great! The owners were very attentive to any questions. The condo was nice and new, and located in the heart of Whitefish. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. The bedrooms could use some dressers or other storage, but everything else was great. Highly recommend. We will be back.
