"The property and parking lot was well lit. There was a funny smell as soon as you entered the doors, but then the main lobby reaked of the front desk attendant's cologne, unfortunately. "Unorganized. I booked the trip for my husband's work travel. He had his receipt for his stay, but still was questioned about his name, and someone came into his room at midnight the first night, but said it was an accident. When he went to checkout the staff were unable to print him a receipt of his stay This was his second time staying here but the first time he had so much trouble during his stay. Please do better!"

"I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel"

"Wonderful hotel just north of Atlanta. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Dogs are allowed but you'd never know because there is no animal odor at all. The 5:30 kickback with 3 drinks and hot food was so good and it was great to not have to go out looking for a restaurant after a long drive. The breakfast in the morning was so fresh and delicious! The grits were awesome. Even the eggs were good (2 different kinds-scrambled with cheddar and bacon and plain) and you know they are usually...

"The staff was nice. The breakfast selection was limited compared to all the other embassy suites. No bacon no pancakes no grits. I asked the kitchen manager and was told they dont serve bacon because it is too much to deal with. What type of answer was that. Same thing for reception hour. No mixed drinks except tequilla sunrise no margaritas etc. the food served peanut cookies and dip for celery and carrots. I Act management and was told they were managed by 3rd party restaurant on site"
