The Space:

Snow muffles the forest outside as you come in from the mountain, boots left to warm in the mudroom while the indoor fireplace flickers to life. Through floor-to-ceiling windows, evergreen branches hold fresh powder and the valley feels far below. Later, the hot tub steams in the cold air, and the quiet that settles in Kadenwood makes the evening feel unhurried.



Living Space

Spread across more than 4,000 square feet in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this entire home is set high above the valley floor and designed for easy transitions between the outdoors and indoors. You’ll find an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, natural Cherrywood finishes, and expansive windows framing views of Whistler’s peaks and the surrounding forest. The living room centers around a hanging fireplace, with plush seating that opens directly onto the deck. A media lounge downstairs offers an additional place to settle in after a day outside.



Ski-access

Guests can access ski lifts without driving or taking paid transportation, with ski-in/ski-out access and entry to a private gondola leading to Creekside Village. Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Sleeping arrangements

On the main level, the primary suite includes a California king bed, flat-screen TV, and forest views. The adjoining ensuite features an oversized soaking tub and steam shower. On the lower level, a second bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV, with a nearby bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Two additional bedrooms each include a double bed with a trundle, connected by a shared ensuite with double vanity and shower. A fifth bedroom provides another queen bed, TV, and ensuite with glass-enclosed shower.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for cooking at home, with full-size appliances and space to gather at the breakfast bar. Meals can be shared around the dining table with seating for up to ten, with everything you need close at hand for a relaxed dinner in from the winter cold.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the patio or balcony and breathe in the crisp mountain air, then ease into the hot tub before heading back inside. The deck has outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for guests who enjoy grilling year-round in snowy weather.



Practical comforts

Radiant heated floors and heating keep the home warm through Whistler winters, with air conditioning available for warmer months. A washer and dryer support longer stays, and you’ll have dedicated workspace and wifi when you need to log on. Parking is simple with free parking garage on premises.



Home safety

For peace of mind, the home includes smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. There is an exterior security camera on property - one exterior camera above the entrance way.



Neighborhood

Kadenwood is perched 1,000 feet above Whistler’s valley floor, combining peaceful seclusion with access to Creekside Village via a private gondola ride. From there, restaurants, shops, and the Creekside Gondola connect you to Whistler’s wider mountain network.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Security cameras. Please note that exterior security cameras are installed at the property's front and rear entrances.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
