  • Imagine abrir las puertas de este apartamento recientemente renovado desde la sala de estar a un tranquilo bosque de cedros; siendo acorralado por el sonido relajante de Fitzsimmons Creek, todo el tiempo a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la aldea de Whistler y menos aún a la góndola Blackcomb. Con más de 1,950 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, 2 salas de estar grandes en pisos separados (perfecto para darles a los niños su propio espacio), esta unidad de Gables ofrece el espacio y la ubicación increíble que cualquier familia o grupo está buscando.

    El espacio
    La unidad se encuentra en una hermosa línea de árboles y se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la montaña Whistler y a 2 minutos a pie de la nueva entrada Blackondo Gondola y Upper Village para 10 personas. Siéntese y relájese frente a la chimenea de leña después de un largo día en las montañas en la sala de estar principal, mientras los niños se relajan en la sala de estar del nivel inferior equipada con una pantalla plana de 60 ', un gran sofá seccional y una selección de consolas de juegos y Mesa de futbolín. La unidad tiene la opción de estacionar 3 vehículos (2 puestos de superficie y 1 estacionamiento cubierto seguro) ... ¡SIN CARGO, lo cual es inaudito en Whistler y puede ser un ahorro de $ 20 / día / vehículo!     NIVEL PRINCIPAL:

    El piso principal tiene una gran entrada completa con bastidores de esquí y un banco.

    La cocina ha sido completamente renovada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, encimeras nuevas, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos y pisos. La sala de estar hundida con un moderno sofá seccional, mecedora individual, chimenea de leña y pantalla plana montada en la pared lo convierte en un gran espacio para reuniones familiares y para relajarse. El comedor tiene una gran mesa de cerámica con capacidad para 8-10 personas y se encuentra inmediatamente fuera de la cocina. Hay un patio privado en la sala de estar con asientos y barbacoa de propano.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y vestidor en la parte delantera de la unidad.

    La habitación del segundo piso principal se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar y tiene una cama queen, un armario y una gran luz natural con los sonidos del bosque y el arroyo que resuenan en la distancia.

    NIVEL INFERIOR:

    El nivel inferior tiene una segunda sala de estar que es perfecta para pasar el rato con los niños o para sentarse y mirar una película. Hay un gran sofá seccional con una cama extraíble incorporada, pantalla plana de 55 ', consola de juegos, mesa de futbolín, escritorio, cuarto de lavado en suite con lavadora / secadora de gran capacidad, baño completo con ducha (sin bañera) y dos más dormitorios

    El tercer dormitorio está configurado con 2 juegos de literas gemelas y un armario. El cuarto dormitorio en el nivel inferior está separado con una puerta corredera desde el tercer dormitorio y también tiene un conjunto de literas gemelas.

    Los niños con un niño pequeño pueden tener acceso al asiento elevado, así como a un paquete y juego que se encuentra en el armario de la lavandería.

What a great experience at this VRBO! Super close to the blackcomb hill (across the street) and easy to get to the main village. Would stay here again!

Great place!

This was perfect for our group ski trip. We were able to easily access the ski lifts in the morning and get a good night's rest at night. We would love to come back!

Great Trip!

Thanks for such an amazing stay! The location was perfect, had 3 generations of family with us and they could all walk to the blackcomb lift or Whistler village with ease. The house had lots of space for kids games downstairs and big family meals and games upstairs. We would highly reccomend this location.

Oliver is a great host.

We had a great time in whistler staying at Oliver’s apartment. Great location to get to the lifts and brilliant to come back to a large flexible space for the kids and adults to hang out. We will be back.

Awesome Place

Oliver was easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the entire process. The property was much larger than I expected, very clean and close to the village. I would recommend this property to anyone planning on staying in Whistler.

We really like the Gables for its location between the two bases, and were very fortunate to find this 4BR available and reasonably priced in the context of Whistler. Everything was as described in the listing.

Nice walking distance to both Whistler and Blackcomb lifts. Maybe 5 min walk. Covered garage parking was good, no need to scrape off snow when wanting to drive. Accommodations were comfortable and just as described. Would be better with third bathrooms but it was fine for the 5 of us.

Nice place.

The home was great. The location was great. 2 small points: The mattresses on some of the bunk beds were not awesome. For the price a decent mattress all around would be expected. Either the oven did not work well or we didn’t know how to use it. All in all a great stay and i would stay there again.

Perfect spot for a Whistler vacation

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Gables! Oliver was responsive to questions and a quick fix at the condo. Thank you! The location was incredible. The condo looks out on the Valley Trail and it's so convenient for walking between Whistler Village/Gondola and Blackcomb Gondola. The condo is very spacious. The layout of the dining room, kitchen, and living room is convenient for meals and chatting. The downstairs living room is a great size for games and watching TV. The entryway mud room has space for helmets, boards, jackets, and shoes. The washer/dryer were INCREDIBLE to have after some wet days on the mountain. We'd be happy to stay here again in the future. Great spot!!

Highly recommended! Excellent location & property

Great property just a quick walk to Blackomb gondola. Turn left out the door when you see the rubbish bins and the path will take you right to the main paved trail and under the roadway. It was a little tight for 9 male adults especially with the 2 bathrooms, but the value was excellent with such convenient access to walk to gondola and into the village stroll. Love the built-in pumps for shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers. Many rentals will provide a few small bottles, so this was a welcome surprise like the HUGE supply of coffee! Plenty of living room space and large dining table for our big group. If you have a taller car or one with ski racks, plan to use the provided parking pass to park in outdoor lot. Oliver was an excellent host - checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and communicative on a few questions leading up and after our stay. Highly recommended property!

Great Location and layout.

Overall this place was absolutely great. You can't beat the location for a place that sleeps 12 people. It's hard to find a place to accommodate this many people close to the village. The layout is great, because the lower floor is actually mostly underground, so it was perfect for the kids and teenagers to make noise and not bother surrounding neighbors. The lower floor is very large, with 3 sets of bunks and a nice L-shape couch which also has a pull-out queen bed. The only complaints with the unit: - didn't have a functioning coffee maker, the unit was broken, but no-one had notified the agent, there was a French press however - the oven did not work properly, took way too long to heat up and then didn't maintain heat - only two rolls of toilet paper per washroom. With a unit that accommodates 12 people, more toilet paper was needed, so we had to go out and buy some, which we left at the unit

The unit was spacious. Great location. Easy access.

The unit was spacious, clean, lots of kitchenware. Bathrooms came with soap and shampoo so that was nice. It would have been nice to have tinfoil or saran wrap. Also scissors. Weirdly those were a couple of things I needed but couldn't find any in the kitchen. The binder said there was two parking passes but there was only one. We did have a third car which would have been nice to have parked in the lot. The lot was barely filled. The instructions also said we could park overnight in lots 1-5 but between November to March, overnight parking was not permitted. Everything else was great.

Very nice property perfectly located near both Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. The family room was perfect for our teenagers !

Great central location- perfect for families with teens

We loved the two separate living rooms- one downstairs for teens to hang out and a well-stocked kitchen for making feasts. We never used a car- everything in whistler and upper villages was a short walk away.

Great vacation home!

We stayed 3 nights here and we all loved the location and space we had. Olive was very helpful and accommodating. The place was super clean and nicely decorated. Kids had their own basement rec room to hang out. It is very close to both upper village and village center. We enjoyed evening walk after dinner every night. Restaurants in the village were always busy so we decided to cook one night. Fully stocked kitchen was great, we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with quick access to both mountains

Great place very close to the village

Great place very close to the village. We had such a great experience staying here. I went up with my husband and my three kids for a milestone birthday celebration. The place is spotless, the kitchen is very well set up, and communication with Oliver was always easy with very fast responses. He was incredibly welcoming, and it was such a great space for us to be in and so close to the village. My kids really enjoyed the downstairs area with the Foos ball table, big screen TV and large, comfortable couch. We would absolutely love to stay here again! Thank you Oliver!
