I called the front desk and and asked to deny turndown service and instead having some items delivered to the room. The request was completed. My room layout had a separate living area that leads to the bedroom. I literally had to clean the room by taking cleaning supplies off of a cleaning cart that was outside the door at 10 o’clock at night The front desk clerk was fighting with room service man and womanand scaring my 10-year-old daughter. "The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "
