up to 6 persons, in the most beautiful hiking area, 1 km above the village. Enjoy the quiet, all-day sunshine, next to meadows and forests.
Parking in the carport for cars up to 1.8 meters high.
The access road ends here, as behind the hut only 1 weekend house and a house are located.
On the ground floor is the cozy living room / kitchen with wood stove and electric cook and oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, hand mixer, hand blender, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, many cooking utensils. There is 1 fridge with large freezer.

Free baby highchair and baby bed must be ordered when booking.
A wireless Internet connection.
A wooden staircase heading into the first Floor with bedroom with double bed and comfortable seating, antique dresser and another satellite TV. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer. Sidings space.
On the upper floor there is the second Bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds.
Heating with electric panels and in the kitchen also wood stove. In winter, get into a preheated room.
There is a terrace with a rustic wooden furniture and barbecue. Above the house is a small garden, chairs and loungers. To the side of the house is an agricultural meadow, which is too steep to use. But dogs can walk in there. The property is completely fenced.
A carport interior height 1.80 m.
Surrounding many pastures are to hike. From simple to challenging hikes.

Hütte gut, Lage ok

Hütte selber war gut, urig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Terrasse klein, Garten auch sehr klein und teilweise etwas ungepflegt. Daher spielt sich das ganze Leben eigentlich auf der Terrasse ab, für 3 Leute ok, für 6 Leute stell ich mir das ganze (auch die Hütte selbst) etwas sportlich vor. Lage ganz ok, man muss aber immer fahren (auch zum Wandern), keine Wanderwege in direkter Umgebung. Aussicht auch ok, wer aber das mega. Alpenpanorama oder Almwiesen erwartet ist hier falsch. Hütte ist nicht kpl. Alleinlage, wir hatten das Pech das der Nachbar 4 Tage im Haus direkt oben drüber renoviert hat, da kann der Vermieter aber nichts dafür. Generell hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche Vermieterin, stets zuvorkommend und bemüht, unsere Anliegen zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu regeln. Sehr zeitnahe Kommunikation. Alles in Allem war der Urlaub ok, für uns wird es aber keine Wiederholung geben.

Genuine old-fashioned house - ingenuine hosting

Setting: The small road on the hillside leading up to the house is worth remembering. The panorama view the house offers is excellent. Good starting point for hiking. The main selling point. Bear in mind that most hikes are in the woods as the mountains are not very high nearby. The house: The house is old and genuine. It has not been given the attention it deserves the last 50 years but has all the basics. Each floor houses a bedroom or kitchen. Charming stairs. Some old farming details. Beautiful old cabinets. The bathroom smells of mold. The kitchen lacks a cooker hood so you have to use the windows for ventilation. Bring your own coffee machine if you love coffee. Bring a cutting board and sharp knives when you are at it. The master bedroom has good beds while not every bed in the attic is comfortable even for a child. Listen to the water pump starting every two minutes. Sleep. The garden: You can sit outside just by the entrance in leftover garden furniture, but apart from that the garden is a mess. Long grass with tics and stinging nettles. The host: Passive but responds. Expect no extras. Except cost, that is: We paid the rent before arriving but were not informed of the fact that electricity was not included in the price until arrival. I asked the host about where the information was in the ad/contract/communication. It did but only in the German version of the ad. I sent her screenshots proving the info was missing. Response: card debited. Never agreed upon.

Ein grandioser Urlaub in einer urigen Unterkunft

Wir waren mit unserem Döggelchen 10 Tage in den Bergen. Die Hütte ist toll und urig - hat alles, was man braucht und ist sauber. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder. Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin super unkompliziert.

Leuk en rustig gelegen cottage. Ver van alle winkels (10 tal KM. In Kleinreifling geen winkels open. Rijden tot Weyer. Wagen is absolute must. Goed voor mountain bikers en jonge gezinnen. Voor ouderen ietsiepietsie teveel trappen. Gastvrouw niet ontmoet. Geen beschrijving bij instap noch uitstap. Geen notitie meters (water - elektriciteit). Hoe gaat dit dan met de afrekening van het verbruik.? Wel onmiddelijk nieuwe parasol en ander koffiemachine toen die stuk bleken te zijn. Alhoewel we de gastvrouwe niet hebben ontmoet - zeer vriendelijk en vlugge reactie bij onze gestelde vragen.

Gemütlichkeit pur!

Wir - 3 erwachsene junge Damen sowie ein Baby - hatten eine wunderbare gemütliche und entschleunigte Zeit in dem liebevoll eingerichteten und weihnachtlich geschmückten Häuschen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hinkommen :-)

Hüttentraum?!

Wenn man das Objekt betritt schlägt einem moderige Luft entgegen. Zum stolzen Grundpreis kommen noch extra Zahlungen hinzu, wie Strom Heizung und Holz. Alles in allem hätten wir für dieses Geld einen tollen Wellnessurlaub bekommen mit allem was dazugehört. .

...sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben das schöne, urige Ferienhaus und die eindrucksvolle Natur (Feuersalamander vor der Haustür, Orchideen im Garten, Wanderfalken brüten an der Felswand gegenüber - was muss man Naturfreunden mehr sagen...?) sehr genossen!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Flössersteighütte. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Für 6 Personen ist das Bad allerdings etwas klein.

Wir haben mit unseren erwachsenen Töchtern im September eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht und uns gut erholt. In dem Haus haben wir alles vorgefunden, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub so braucht. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, angefangen von einer Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Handmixer bis hin zu Kochutensilien. Da es abends schon etwas frisch war, haben wir den Ofen in der Stube benutzt. Die Waschmaschine war einfach zu bedienen. Auch das Platzangebot für vier Personen war ausreichend. Den Zugang zum Badezimmer empfanden wir nicht als unangenehm. An den sonnigen Tagen haben wir draußen vor der Tür mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht die Zeit genossen. Selten kam ein Auto vorbei, um zu den beiden Häusern zu kommen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets korrekt und zeitnah. Wir können das Haus empfehlen.
