This peaceful, renovated retreat enjoys a prime location in a wooded setting next to a serene pond and close to the beach. When it comes to outdoor living, this home enjoys an extensive enclosed backyard leading to a serene pond. Gather around the firepit for some storytelling while roasting s'mores under the starry night sky and create everlasting memories with your loved ones.

As you enter this peaceful gem, you will discover lots of craftsman woodwork touches throughout. The open floor plan with waterproof flooring (2021) seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and sunroom - perfect for entertaining! Curl up on your favorite sofa and get ready for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The new kitchen has been appointed with new appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher for quick post-meal cleanups and a Keurig coffee maker. The first floor houses a primary bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with an attached laundry room. The upper level enjoys a family room with a smart TV and three bedrooms, one of them being a second main bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Two of the bedrooms have doors leading to the upper-level wrap-around deck.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house is fantastic! Tons of space cute little decorative touches every where. Fenced back yard with a nice fire pit facing a little pond was perfect for young kids and our dog. Well stocked kitchen comfy beds and good parking made everything just right. Just a jaunt to the beach and short drive into Westport was handy.

A great getaway home for our family group! Spacious, well-stocked, clean. We were disappointed to wait 90 minutes past check-in time for the cleaning lady to finish. Here are a few observations if you are considering this rental… Kitchen is more spacious than the photos make it appear. Kitchen has very nice appliances/cookware and was very well stocked, including items that most rentals overlook such as carrot peeler and cookie sheets. We had to run out for dishwasher detergent and paper towels. There was a gas grill on the deck (it doesn’t show up in the listing photos). Good quality linens/towels. King beds were very comfortable; queen bed was nice for one person but the center trench caused two people to roll together; twin bed was not very comfortable. Generous, comfortable seating throughout the home. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Bring firewood for the fire pit; check whether there’s a county burn ban. We enjoyed reading in the sun room and watching the deer behind the house, but less mobile people should watch out for the little half-step between the dining room and sun room. The beach is one mile away – drive to Westport Light Beach for plenty of free parking and a mostly-paved short trail to the beach entry. There is a mid-size grocery store and a large farm stand in town.

There was a reported issue with ants in kitchen and dining room. We didn't want poison sprayed with our baby in the house. But the ants spread to the pack n play and living room. We found ants crawling on our baby. Unacceptable!!!!! The issue was so bad, that is seems like it was established /happened before. Owners need to pay for proper extermination. Improvement Suggestions: - ant pest control needed in dining/kitchen - Additional cleaning needed (sticky): appliance handles, refrigerator handles, refrigerator clear interior tray top (sticky mold), cabinet handles, dining table chair sides, staircase railing - Additional cleaning needed (dust): window blinds in upper bedrooms, kitchen drawer interiors, - Additional cleaning needed (windows): sunroom windows, kitchen window - Oil/WD40 upper master bedroom door hinges (loud sound/wakes people up) - Patch/repair holes in screen of sliding door. (Mosquito issue) - More paper towel/toilet paper/dishwasher pods needed for weekly bookings. Only provide new/unused products. Cleaning crew to remove partially used product Pros Gorgeous exterior Fully fenced Water views Trendy and comfortable furnishings Great location!

We stayed with our two small children and our friends with two children to clam dig. Had a great time! The house is large, everyone had their own space.
