Treat yourself to 'affordable luxury' in this top-floor beach home. Spacious and comfortable, this home enjoys a view of the lighthouse, as well as an ocean/jetty view. In addition to the personal detailing, this home is just a few steps away from the rooftop sun/barbecue deck with a 360' view that will amaze you. Enjoy sunset grilling or just a little 'suntan time' on the roof. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, and free WiFi is also available.

If you want to enjoy more than the beach, this condominium is located right outside of Westport Light State Park and is close to Westport Aquarium. Spend some time learning the history of this picturesque area at the Westport Maritime Museum and Grey's Harbor Lighthouse.

Come join us in Westport and enjoy all it has to offer. Don't forget our Pirate Festival, held the last weekend in June. We look forward to seeing you!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. The building is as far away from the beach as you can get in that complex but still very walkable. Very quiet area with the clubhouse just across the parking lot. The only few negatives and they didn’t take away from our vacation is the fireplace didn’t work and the couch isn’t made for older people. Very low to the ground so my husband and I had a few laughs trying to get out and back to our feet. The bed very comfy and we slept very well. The kitchen had zero spices or oils so bring your own salt & pepper shakers. The question to ask…would we stay here again and yes, absolutely. For the price we paid, it was worth every dime.

The living room/kitchen/dining room is a little small. But with the covered outdoor space it worked fine for us. The bedrooms are large. I would consider staying here again.

Great view and distance to beach. However couch smelled of urine so we didnt use it, sat at table or bean bag chair. Hole in wall in masterbath was worrisome so we only showered in 2nd bathroom. Duct tape holding washer together so didnt do any laundry.

Rollercoast stay

We had an interesting stay to say the least. The property was clean enough, there was some hair left in the showers. But the place a spacious and having the extra mattress was great when the kids didn’t want to share their bed. We did find the master bedroom mattress and the couch very uncomfortable. We lost power the first night and did not get it back until noon the next day. We reported that and the fireplace to the number we were given but never recieved a call back. So the fireplace never worked, the DVD player and the overhead light in the master room. Positives to the property were access to the beach and park, lots of room and great kitchen.

Lighthouse and ocean glimpses

The listing says ‘ocean/lighthouse views ’ however you cannot see either the ocean or the lighthouse unless you step outside on the balcony and look hard left to see a corner of the ocean and/or look hard right to see the very top of the lighthouse. If you are looking to book a condo at Westport by the Sea that has an ocean view from the inside of the house, this is not it. However, if you are just looking for something that has quick access to the beach, a lovely view of the National Forest and great access to the hot tub at a great price, this is for you. A few things to note: The inside of the condo looks just like the pictures. There is minor damage throughout the condo that is non-structural and really just an aesthetic issue (there’s a bit of drywall damage in the primary bath near the tub, the knob for the shower is VERY loose, the sofa cushions are torn, the curtain rod in the primary bedroom is bent and is difficult to open/close. The knob for the jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom is flat and in the back corner of the tub. There is still construction going on outside on the buildings and there is NO roof access at this time. There is an elevator in each building if you need it. They do not have cable, but it is a smart tv with all of the major apps on it: (hulu, netflix, Amazon, Disney+, etc) The clubhouse/pool/spa does require the FOB to use, but no longer requires reservations. Both times we went down, we were the only ones there, so it was nice and quiet.

Westport stay

It was very close to the beach, lots of space and comfortable to stay. Bathroom needs some attention like the handle and door handle to smaller bedroom. The building is under construction and you can not use the roof top BBQ area at this time. Lots of blankets and bedding. Extra bed mattress was nice for napping. Overall was a nice place to stay

The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Although the bath towels and hand towels in the master bathroom were folded wet, so they were damp and smelled musty when I went to use them. Thankfully we brought several beach towels so I used one of those. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, looked like soon to be patched. Curtains needed repair in the master bedroom. The kitchen was clean, but a few plates had food on them when we took them out of the cupboard. The pizza cutter also had dried cheese on it as we turned the cutting wheel. The living room floor had food crumbs and popcorn kernels near the couch, as well as on the couch and beanbag chair. It looked as if maybe the cleaning service made a quick vacuum but did not move the table up get near the couch, and didn’t clean the couch at all. The condo was very quiet with a wonderful view of the beach and great walking distance to the beach.

Nice space and comfortable beds. Easy walk to the beach, and the clubhouse access that comes with it has nice amenities. Only downside was that the building is still underconstruction, and there were some cosmetic issues in the condo itself (some missing light covers, a hole in the wall next to the tub in the master bath, and the knob for the jaccuzi tub was loose.

The area was great as always. The condo itself had some issues. There was construction with the buildings which we weren't told about. They say 360 view from roof top which we didn't have access to. The jetted tub didn't work. There was mold or something nasty all over the shower curtain. The beds weren't all that comfortable. But overall it was a nice place.

Although the jetted tub didn't work, the fireplace didn't light up, and we heard a lot of noise from construction on our building, we enjoyed our stay. Condo was cozy, had a nice view, and was close to the beach and trail. I would definitely stay there again!

This property was a great value for the price and met our needs. The place was clean and tidy with the basic needs supplied. We don't have a dog but it was apparent, when the sunlight was right, that it is a dog friendly unit by some stains in the carpet but there was no smell that any of us noticed. It says that it has light house and ocean view but that is only from the balcony. The view from the front room is of trees so still nice. Very quite and we will rent again.
