Beach Access ~ Hot Tub ~ King Bed ~ EV Charger!

Our very comfortable one bedroom 2nd floor condo is located in the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a few minutes walk to the sand! No ocean view but located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as big jetted tub, granite counters and an elevator. The pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year.

✓Super comfortable king bed with quality bedding.
✓ Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, full size fridge with ice and water dispenser, drip filter coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, electric kettle, blender, toaster, panini press, pots and pans, dinnerware, glass ware, picnic ware.
✓High speed WiFi and two smart TVs.
✓Amazon Echo for music and information.
✓Electric fireplace.
✓Big jetted tub.
✓Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap are provided along with fluffy towels and crisp cotton sheets.
✓Board games.
✓Beach towels, beach chairs, sports gear, clamming gear.
✓Access to resort facilities including seasonal outdoor heated pool (mid-May to mid-Oct), hot tub (all year), fitness center (24 hours) BBQ patio, putting green, playground and sports court.
✓Level 2 EV chargers available on property.
✓Handy to the ocean front path.
✓Washer and dryer in condo.

The condo is pet friendly and is nearby the pet walking area. We provide a large dog bed, water and feed bowls and dog towels. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in the condo public areas and are not permitted in the pool area.

We also own the neighboring 2-bedroom condo which sleeps 6. Great if you are traveling with extended family or friends!

Coastal getaway

We had such a lovely time at the coast in this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, games and walking along the beach. The condo was impressively stocked. We’ll be back!

Excellent stay 2 adults, 2 young dogs

The property was really great with a fantastic location. Owner had good instructions from the start. Would happily return. Very close to the beach and an incredible park with a ton of trails. Lighthouse nearby as well. The condo itself was very nice, large plenty of room. Our dogs were very happy and other folks had dogs as well. Highly recommend.

Nice beachy atmosphere

Nice and clean, well decorated cozy. Freezer is difficult to get into. Bed comfy. Elevator great since on second floor and we have bad knees. Would come again.

Beach Birthday Getaway

Photos of interior just as it appears, hop skip jump to the beach. Just the perfect amount of amenities and beach supplies. This is a condo so neighbors are nearby. The pool, BBQ area and club house are great! You don’t need to bring anything but yourself and food. The host was prompt and helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, Comfy, Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was impeccably clean, very cozy and inviting and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much every utensil and tool one would need to cook or bake. While this condo doesn’t have ocean views, it’s got a lovely balcony that looks into greenery and the beach is literally a 3 minute walk from it. Linda Dunk, the host, bent over backwards to ensure we had the best experience we possibly could - something we really appreciated. We definitely wouldn’t think twice about staying there again.

Perfect couples getaway

The pre trip communication from Linda (host) was the best I have ever had. She knew the area well and did her best to make sure we had a great trip. The condo is lovely, nicely decorated and well stocked for any cooking needs, the pantry had a great selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We were out of season for the pool and didn't use the community hot tub, mainly because the jetted tub in the condo is huge and fills the role of your own personal hot tub! Easy access to the beach for beach combers, sea glass and agates abound on the beach which is a mere 3 minute walk away. A storage unit with all you need for a day at the beach is shared between her two rentals. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. I can't say enough good things.

Great family beach vacation

We had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay here again. Location is great, host was super communicative. Condo staff is very helpful. Beautiful property. Great relaxing Mothers Day Weekend!

The property was just as advertised. The owner, Linda has been very communicative and I greatly appreciated her immediate responses. I left an item behind and she was very helpful in helping me retrieve it. I enjoyed the local shops and eateries. It was hard to chose where to eat so we will definitely have to come back to try the places we didn't get to try. I can not wait to stay at the condo again, thanks for all the hospitality, Linda!
