"Staff was great, room was super-clean, breakfast was fine. The building itself is small and we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going."

"Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location."

"Good hotel in downtown Auckland. Room was nice, so were the people. Wry small lobby space and we weren’t allowed into the bar because of a private event. We went down to the Marriot one block away… much nicer and bigger lobby space"

"Great"

"Lovely place to stay, and professional, friendly staff. Great atmosphere and good location. Good size room with comfortable bed and pillows."

"great location at a fair price. We'll maintained and staffed property"

"Great location close to Viaduct restaurants and waterfront. Retro vibes are fun with spacious rooms and clean amenities. We will be back again!"

"Really great location, loved that. Excellent to have secure off street parking. Nice complimentary snack basket. The beds were comfortable. However, please note that the economy studio has one tiny high window, but is essentially a windowless block bunker under the back of the building. There is no natural ventilation, light or outlook. "The room is modern and well kept. They clean the room every day. Very comfortable. There is a safe. There is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. A courtesy small container of milk is provided for tea/coffee. Ask the guest services if you need any amenities. Friendly staff. Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, and cafe. Very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location and nice hotel. Good breakfast."

"Beautiful old convent reinvented to a unique hotel with so much character. We walked 5 mins into the little town to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail. We only stayed one night but it was lovely and very clean."

"Beautiful hotel and kind staff with all smiles. Even the lobby smelt amazing. Rooms were faultless and stunning views. Rooftop Bar was stunning and again amazing friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was amazing too and we loved every minute at this hotel. Highly recommended and right next to main shopping street."

"We liked that our family could stay in one room. Edward was very helpful in getting us checked in and sorting out how to use the entrance and elevator. The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown."

"Incredible hotel. Will return when in Auckland."

"Great location overall, very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Didnt care much for parking situation as had to park away from location and parking garage was very tight. I'd try street parking next time. Overall though, would definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic location spotless clean best hotel in Auckland 👍"

"Clean room and the staff were very helpful"
