In winter, the region shines with its proximity to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, easily accessible lifts, and a variety of options for skiers, cross-country skiers, and winter hikers. The infrastructure is also convenient: The town center of Westendorf, with shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafés, is quickly reachable, as are excursion destinations towards Kitzbühel, Wilder Kaiser, Wörgl, or Innsbruck.
