This was a very nice place for a decent price. The basement rooms and home theater were very fun!The only thing that was hard for us was that the living room didn't have air conditioning or a very effective fan, only the bedrooms.

Not what it seems

We booked this for a family vacation and were disappointed to find out that this property was still under construction and several amenities listed were not available. The listing advertised an outdoor shower (which didn’t work), a washer/dryer (brand new but not hooked up yet), and four bedrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms are in the basement, with exposed outlets, wires, and switches. Smoke detector were missing as well. Lastly, the house does not have central air, and there are only two window ac’s- so it was extremely hot in the second main floor bedroom. We had to choose between cooling the bedroom or the main living space. When I inquired about the accuracy of the listing the host became defensive and stated all of these amenities were “extra”. I’m sorry, but we chose this property based on these amenities and believe the value was not comparable to what was advertised. The main floor is clean and livable, but the rest of the house is definitely still under construction. I have had many positive experiences with VRBO so this listing was quite the disappointment.

Needed a place to stay on the 4th with friends and so happy we found this place last minute! It can sleep a lot of people if needed and is still pretty spacious. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great place to stay

This place was great for the price I paid. We loved the amenities provided and the backyard was enjoyable. Perfect location for exploring the Cape. The kitchen was well stocked (minus a can opener), beach chairs made available, as well as other items to pass the time. Big plus to have an arcade game in the smaller bedroom. The pullout couch was less than desirable but the couch was still comfy. All in all, it felt like home on Cape Cod, which always makes me come back.

Located close to everything. Plenty of room to utilize. If you get rained out one day there are plenty of activities to keep kids busy in the home. Home theater that was created downstairs was an added surprise.

Cozy House

10/10 For this house. I rented this place with a couple of friends to spend so time in the Cape. it is around 1 hour and a half from boston and around 45-60 min from Ptown. One of the rooms dont have A/C, it wasnt a problem for us because it was not a very hot weekend but I am not sure how will be during the peak of the summer, however the master bedroom and the living room had ac. The host is very very responsive and the house has everything that you will need for a great stay I could not recommend this place enough, I will stay here again no doubt.
