Do Not Stay Here.
Very disappointed in the home and the fact that it is even listed. It was not clean, hair in bed sheets that were clearly dirty, only sheet protector on sheets, old food in fridge, mold in coffee pot, dirty used utensils in the sink, dirty pool, floors were stained and disgusting, house smelled, door lock pad was iffy to work for the front door, downstairs did not have any curtains for privacy, we quickly learned that door locks upstairs were broken so bricks and wood was the “security system”, and another door was also broken downstairs. We had to call police night 1 to escort us out to the car as we loaded up the cars and drove to stay in a hotel the entire trip instead of this planned rental. The customer service never followed up, never helped, we never received any assistance. I spoke to 4 different people, multiple texts and emails and I am still fighting for assistance or a response to understand how this is a problem and a refund. I can’t stress enough that this is a scam rental.This rental home needs to be taken down. We never stayed a night here due to safety concerns and cleanliness concerns
