"The rooms are very close and we could hear our neighbors all night, the halls were a maze and it wasn’t easy getting to and from our room, which was a little smaller than expected. The bath tub was dirty, and you have to pay for breakfast. However the pool is fairly big and has a hot tub. They have a great gym/workout area. There’s a water park but you have to pay extra, which we didn’t know. The breakfast was very good."

"My room was clean and updated. The one issue was the alarm clock went off in the middle of the night when I hadn’t set it. Once a loud buzz sounded like a fire alarm & the next night music. They did finally resolve it after that. "

"We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...

"A gem in the beautiful town of Rockport, MA. Spent two nights here with family for a family celebration. We could walk everywhere and accommodations were excellent. Highly recommend."

"I don’t have to bring my own pillow for a comfortable sleep, the pillows are just perfect. The beds are very comfortable as well, don’t wake up stiff or sore from sleeping on a cheap mattress."

"The only issue we had was in the bathroom. If you have any disabilities, the bathroom is very small and the shower is awkward and there is no grab bars."

The lobby had ice all the time so make iced coffees; they were great for on-the-go mornings. The toiletries and diffusers all used very pleasant essential oils that were calming and not intrusive."
