"I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well .
The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part.
Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can .
When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor .
The staff gave us some $ off ."

"No working TV or clock/radio and when reported to front desk was told “there’s nothing I can do.” Giant moth in the room and silverfish in the sink. Loud heating/cooling system.

Breakfast was cereal and if you wanted to make waffles you could. They had boiled eggs and limited fruit. For a nights stay it was fine. I would stay again."

"There was nothing wrong with this stay, but I just want to give feedback on what I feel as a customer tied to no loyalty program that is looking for value and quality as well as a good price point. Marriot has been one of my preferred brands in the past that I associate with quality. I'm not sure that the value is there anymore. The breakfast offerings are only ok, parking comes with a fee (in this location I think that's crazy), and the pool isnt open 24/7. Those are three things that stood out...
