"Will stay here again"

"Pleasantly surprised by the simple and excellent room and breakfast facility that had a first class coffee machine."

"We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!"

"We stayed 2 nights at this comfort inn. It is an older hotel that has been renovated probably within the last 10 years. It has been well maintained. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. The room was super quiet. If I had anything to complain about it would be the low flow shower head. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use them"

"The room was muggy and smelt musty. There was clearly water damage that had not been properly fixed. Wallpaper was rippled and pulling way from the walls, stains on the ceiling and walls. Massive cob webs. Sheets were dinghy and not crisp white. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 15 years. They have not updated anything. Our room had only one usb port that didn’t work. The shower did have great pressure. We will not bee staying here again."

"Our room had an entry of linolium and it was sticky. We asked the desk clerk to see if someone could wipe it down for us. She said they clean only every other week."

"Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation."

"My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed."

"Joseph was amazing! He switched the rooms quickly and without hassle when there was an issue. The beds were comfy and the food was pretty good at the buffet breakfast."

"It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! They also offer Starbucks with ...

"That place was disgusting, I did not sleep there and left. They put me in a smoker room when I booked a smoke free room smh"

"The staff were great! But the property is in rough shape; walls, furniture, floors, etc. were all in a state of disrepair. The restaurant/bar was open when it should've been and the parking was almost $40 extra. Not to mention the lobby was completely tore yp due to a water leak - which happens, but they didnt offer an apology or discount or even mention the noise would be so loud and disruptive."

"The rooms was not ready by the time I got there. The room is so so smelling so the sheets of the beds. The hotel is smoke free, but both hallway and rooms smell weed and cigarettes. The staffs were shorts and unaware of which rooms were taken and which rooms were available. Some rooms had no air conditioning. Parking were fine and all great. I believe they do not change bed sheets to new one as I see so much dog’s hairs and dirty spot on pillows and bedsheets."

"Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc."

"El personal es pésimo, no son amables, parece que te estuvieran haciendo un favor al hospedarte, me hospedé por 3 noches y cada día tenía que llevar las llaves a reactivar porque se bloqueaban y el personal se burlaba. La zona es un poco insegura, la gente que se hospeda no es confiable."

"The first room I was assigned to was filthy, with food on the floor and night stands. The halls had garbage on the floor, the elevator smelled and had sticky dirty floors. The ceiling in my second room had been recently painted, but clearly no drop cloths were used as paint was on the headboard, chairs, and carpets. The lobby was chaos."
