Where to find the ice machine, info about the grab and go breakfast, that there is a microwave for use in the lobby and how to use the A/C. "Booked the room late in evening checked with staff by calling before and late checkin was ok but was not informed that was not able to pay. Security deposit is cash (even offer d up to $600 cash) so when got to hotel was to can't stay and even tho prepaid for room thru Expedia was told no.
