Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice home!

We had a very nice vacation here. It is a big house with plenty of space for people to stay. There were 10 of us. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was pretty clean with some minor things that the rental property company should take care of (many of the sinks and shower were draining slow right when we got there, some trash left out on the deck, and dog poop in the backyard). The fridge might need to be updated as well as it was not consistent with keeping things cold. It was a quick message to Vacasa to let them know. The playroom was great for the kids. It’s only a 1 mile walk or drive to west Dennis beach and 15-20 min away from many great cape beaches. We had a nice time, nice location!
