We love spending time in the garden - there are new varieties of flowers and grasses that are planted each year. It's like a living Yearbook! It's so quiet that you can sit on the patio and hear the birds chatter - my favorite is when hummingbirds or butterflies come to visit! The short walk to Hardings Beach makes it so easy to see sunsets and sunrises at a moments notice! Our hope is that you love The Rosa Rugosa as much as we do!

Ranch-style home with comfortable, easy living all on one floor! 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 with central air, WiFi, and sunroom. Beautiful gardens, patio, yard, and an easy walk to Harding's Beach! Quiet side road with plenty of privacy!

Park the car and be welcomed by the beautiful gardens. Enter through the front door into the open living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a large flat screen TV over the fireplace and free WiFi throughout. The dining room seats 8 comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated with a dishwasher, white appliances and double sinks!

Off the kitchen you will find another sitting area that offers a large screen TV and single trundle bed - here you will also find access to the sunroom. Down the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath with a tub and shower. The Master bedroom with a Queen bed is off of the living room along with Bedroom #3 which is right next to the master and offers a single bed. There is also another full bathroom with a shower that can be accessed from the living area as well as the bedroom. ​​​​​​​Central air and WiFi along with a washer/dryer make this a perfect little retreat for your summer vacation.

Not to be missed is the bright and cheery sunroom where you can enjoy a fun board game, read a book, or just relax and take in the summer sunshine! Try to name all the blooming flowers and count how many butterflies you see during the day and fireflies at night!

The patio has a table for outdoor dining with 6 chairs and umbrella. Enjoy a nap under the trees on the hammock and then shower off in the outside shower with ot and cold water - a Cape Cod tradition!

Harding's Beach is just 0.4 mile away, an easy walk! The town of Chatham with all the shops, restaurants, movies, ball field, and so much more is just 2 miles away!
